Destiny has 100% right. Its not some kind of playground :/ Fuzer should read contract before going there, and before he paid.
Boss said some stupid shit too, but MoW have the right not to give all (2000zł) money back. You reserve a hotel room for a month and a week later you decide to leave. What do you think will happen?
kropekkk is a 'shady' figure, but in this case Law is on the side of MoW. If MoW decide to give all of the money, it will be only their good will. No way man... Destiny sheds some great insight on the matter but it doesn't give a clear answer. Fuzer had every intention of reading the contract and it's not clear whether he was even presented a contract before going. He wanted legal consultation before signing which is 100% reasonable... and for some reason they were rushing him. Even if MOW was 100% within their limits here, why would they act the way they did if it was legitimate? He already paid them money for a month's rent so he obviously wanted to stay in the house but for some reason they didn't want his lawyer to see the contract... why? And renting a house isn't like staying in a hotel... why would you make a comparison like that? The point is, it's HIS responsibility to take care of that. If I was in his shoes I'd ask them to mail the contract that's required if I want to join their house weeks before thinking about flying there. If they aren't able to do that - for whatever reason - there is no reason for him to fly there and hope that attitude suddenly changes.

You are shooting yourself in the foot here MoW. To me it sounds like you want to gain some kind of PR with a "related story", what the fuck that ever could be. Don't make promises you can't keep to a community known for their diabolic pitchfork collections.

They gave a timeline for it, it is kind of rude not to follow that timeline when there is drama like this that is best to know both sides of the story as soon as possible instead of delaying it.

He didn't decide to leave, he was forced to leave. What I get so far is this: -Arrives at the place without having payed in advance and without having signed a contract. -Pays in cash without getting a receipt (no other explanation as to why the "Boss" guy claims he has no proof). -Decides he wants to take more than a couple of days to sign the contract. -Boss sets deadline aka "Sign my shit or leave" Dude doesn't want to sign and is forced to leave. Why exactly are you complaining that he was forced to leave? =/ He never got a copy of the contract, thats what he wanted, so they forced him to sign or leave.

He was given the ultimatum of either signing the contract by some arbitrary deadline (after having his legal council refused L...O...L) or to leave the house . "So I decided to leave the house" - Fuzer, as you so eloquently put.
The choice was not his, the choice was forced upon him. There is quite a difference there.

It is not only that they delayed the response, they gave a timeline and everything, why do that and they say you are going to give it to a "trusted esports news". Everything is shady here.

The TL-Forum is not a news source...

They could release a statement in Polish.

Yet he arrived there, paid money, began to train, eat their food and perform. In other words he was acting like he had signed the contract, and so was the other party by feeding him, letting him sleep, letting him stream.

I am confused as to why you can't sleep? If you have ever seen a situation like this it's all going to get dragged out for a couple hours or even days. Might as well go to sleep and wake up to find out that a statement was released saying they will released a statement tomorrow.

It is still good enough English to give its own players contracts in English... Think before posting dude...

Okay, MoW you just screwed it up completely. This just seems to be getting so dubious. Still looking forward to that "related" story though.

What irks me about reading the main post is not that the players were forced these conditions, but they were not aware of these conditions until they were already in the house. (talking about the required streaming and 50% revenue to house, as well as the no-coach contract)... The plane flight to travel to the house from out of the country would be comparable to living at the house for a month, and while the $600 price tag per month seemed more than reasonable for the players given that all utilities and food were included. In the end it just was too good to be true?
