Destiny has 100% right. Its not some kind of playground :/ Fuzer should read contract before going there, and before he paid.
Boss said some stupid shit too, but MoW have the right not to give all (2000zł) money back. You reserve a hotel room for a month and a week later you decide to leave. What do you think will happen?
kropekkk is a 'shady' figure, but in this case Law is on the side of MoW. If MoW decide to give all of the money, it will be only their good will. Can you not read? He didn't decide to leave, he was forced to leave.
"So I decided to leave the house." - Fuzer
They should let him stay? WTF? Think...

Polish people aren't known for great English, so they probably wrote their statement in polish and forwarded it to some polish eSports thingy with awesome English skills to translate it before releasing,

No way man...
Destiny sheds some great insight on the matter but it doesn't give a clear answer. Fuzer had every intention of reading the contract and it's not clear whether he was even presented a contract before going. He wanted legal consultation before signing which is 100% reasonable... and for some reason they were rushing him. Even if MOW was 100% within their limits here, why would they act the way they did if it was legitimate? He already paid them money for a month's rent so he obviously wanted to stay in the house but for some reason they didn't want his lawyer to see the contract... why? And renting a house isn't like staying in a hotel... why would you make a comparison like that?

It sounds like someone is scrambling to put out a statement...

this (i live in Warsaw for 8 years)

Taking away the accusations made. As a company to say you are releasing a statement in 2 hours then its not released in 2 hours. That only hurts your credibility to what ever you can say. To me it just shows you need more time to think of a cover story fans will go with because its probably true. If it didn't go down like the first post says it should have been no problem and easy to release a statement.
Best thing you can do is just be honest and take the hit and move on. e-sports has pitchforks if they catch you lying to them.........

It is your fault to move the house before signing the contract and show it to your lawyer. These things happens in business; you just need to be more experienced.
GL with your situation.

"Our ridiculous and trash post has been given to a trusted source to make it sound more professional and make us look less stupid."
Although I agree with Destiny, they're still being trash.

They can put it where doesn't have Fuzer's side / already got riled up and hope for a more sympathetic audience to battle the TL crowd.

Dude doesn't want to sign and is forced to leave. Why exactly are you complaining that he was forced to leave? =/

Its kind of what the entire site is about. But not every poster is. The reach of esports vengeance is far so how about everyone calm the fuck down. Providing the statement to another source shouldn't hinder them of releasing it here unless they have something else in mind (an agenda) ... which they certainly have.

That is why they are writing their updates about their statement perfectly in English...

Pretty sure he meant he decided to leave instead of signing the contract as he would have been removed if he didn't sign the contract...
Thus he was effectively forced to leave.

I love how people get mad over random stuff. oO He never said that TL isn't a reliable news source. There is also a difference between TL the site and TL the forum. Maybe ESFI is wrting a piece right now and getting another Fuzer statement on that as well. Some people really need to relax... They have Team Liquid account... They can use that to release the statement themselves, just like they have been providing updates about their statement....
I'm not saying they are doing good PR here, but I find it hilarious how upset people get over a statement being delayed a little.

You people do realize that when someone accuses you of running a shady business, you probably shouldn't promise to release a statement in 2 hours and then two hours later tell us you've decided to do something different. I'm going to wait to hear what the statement is before passing judgement, but telling the community you're going to do one thing and then to do another is causing MoW to lose credibility quite quickly from my perspective.
I must agree here... MoW looking like shit right now! Better do something quick or else this could very well be their demise!

Because the same day he got to see the contact, he was asked to leave.

All I want to know is...who/what on earth is a trusted esports news source? ESFI? ESL? ....Slasher?

He chose not to sign the contract at the moment, which by itself does not translate into desire to move. But MoW made it a choice between "leave the house" or "sign the contract now".
So yes, he decided to leave, but it was not his original intention.
