If MoW decide to give all of the money, it will be only their good will. No way man... Destiny sheds some great insight on the matter but it doesn't give a clear answer. Fuzer had every intention of reading the contract and it's not clear whether he was even presented a contract before going. He wanted legal consultation before signing which is 100% reasonable... and for some reason they were rushing him. Even if MOW was 100% within their limits here, why would they act the way they did if it was legitimate? He already paid them money for a month's rent so he obviously wanted to stay in the house but for some reason they didn't want his lawyer to see the contract... why? And renting a house isn't like staying in a hotel... why would you make a comparison like that? | ||

He chose not to sign the contract at the moment, which by itself does not translate into desire to move. But MoW made it a choice between "leave the house" or "sign the contract now". So yes, he decided to leave, but it was not his original intention. | ||
