The one problem I have is that I feel there should be a turning point where EG should stop embracing the Curse and make fun of it and ignore it all along. There is no curse. This is a world made out of atoms and not magic. I would like to see EG being more mature instead of trolly, funny, ironic all the time. At least for their announcements. Actually EG isn't even making fun of themselves because they're trying hard to disprove the curse. However they're completely missing the point that people are saying their players seemingly get worse, not that they haven't won anything as members of EG. Hmm players they've picked up have won titles shortly after being recruited, but recent results slide off.... I agree with this guy. I want EG to do well, they seem to be very well run and provide lots of content... what's not to like about that?! However, I do remember the announcement about the team house and how it was mean't to train there talented line up. Even the most hardened EG has to admit that this hasn't really panned out so far. After 6 months in the team players do seem to lose form. It's strange really, you'd expect the investment to pay off soon. Kinda perplexing to understand how it hasn't yet as they have the talent and infrastructure in place. The 'curse' has some legs to it, I just hope they can make it succeed soon. Their model is a great way for Esports teams to become viable in the long term. Good luck EG and Stephano. | ||

Players that were Championship calibre before. Puma is the only real exception. He still takes high placements here and there, but is nowhere near his dominant form he had, when he rose in the TSL rooster. It's pretty obvious that the EG eviroment is not so good for player developement. Will it affect stephano? I don't think so. Stephano works more or less on his own. He doesn't need a team to practice for the tournament he plays in, because he only plays non-preparational tournaments and his way of practice works very well for HIM. And he is a player that knows exactly what he wants and what he has to do, to achieve it. Stephano will keep going as he did before - he will win tournaments where the competition is not too hard and place reasonably high, where too many very top players beside him show up. Will he ever be a pick for the very best player in the world? No! Will he make a lot of money? Yes! | ||

great soundtrack love the bit with the glasses, but overdid it, if you had just done it 2-3 times for dramatic/comedic effect it would have had more impact could have played up the curse more, shown huk tripping and falling, or missing the bus or something like that all in all i give it a B. good work looking forward to more content from eg frat house | ||

So I guess merely the term "falling" is wrong, it seems like a slow stumbling slope downwards, where at the end you either a) go to the gym all day to compensate and feel success b) make your only appearance in advertisement videos c) stop progaming and become pro entertainer (while still playing the game and be refered to as "gamer" This is just my observation of course. Personally I hold no grudge to no one, but these factors seem to be the most striking one's. And none of them has been adressed properly. So I say it's time for a video with a broader approach ! | ||
