Stephano is a quite sarcastic so he semi-confirms it while being very playful with his responses. He does call suppy a "good disciple" in game 1 of the gauntlet. | ||

I think it's just EG throwing red herrings to build up hype. They are a new media agency after all and won't let pesky journalists interfere with their Stephano campaign. | ||
