I actually tried talking to destiny but he never replied back to me sadly he's a very busy guy! As for idra I don't think I could afford him he's very very in demand. I'll try though ![]()

I think that for next week's show, something that could highlight basic knife skills would be good for most viewers to learn. You'll of course know more about what kind of dishes would require a variety of knife skills, but something that requires chopping, paring, & slicing would probably help, along with basic tips on how to care for knives. Knife skills are so helpful but most people don't really think about it. Something with a simple mirepoix like a pasta with sauce would probably be good for this but then again I'm not a trained chef ![]() Definitely looking forward to more though! Keep it up.

For a simple dish you could make fried rice. For a hilarious dish you could make them try to cook beef wellington.

I tried going over knife cuts on the first episode I think but I can absolutely do it again! Maybe on an episode about a basic soup ![]()

I'll def keep doing them every single saturday at 4pm est unless i'm unable to find a pro to guest on it! Idra might be incredibly hard to have as a guest and might be out of my price range of free haha

Considering that the community is so heavily invested into Asian cultures with Korea being so prominent in our scene, perhaps you should try a classic Asian dish.

Considering that the community is so heavily invested into Asian cultures with Korea being so prominent in our scene, perhaps you should try a classic Asian dish. I could do that, although generally asian dishes are much more complicated and require good knife skills and culinary techniques. I might be able to do a good stir fry I could also go over how to make home made teriyaki sauce
