There have been so many stories lately of prominent people (of adult age) acting like young teenagers. I'm glad atleast most on the TL crowd is mature enough to see this for what it is. No, you cannot, apart from what I mentioned about comparing it to my own body and noting it's not massively smaller proportionally, however taking into account the size of his body as a whole would have to affect your judgement on that.

nono this was the pic that destiny linked us in our root chat, some ppl were wondering what that pic was(the one after he was talking about the 15 y.o girl, some ppl were misinterpreting the conversation). he sent me and fayth other pics privately aswell

He did give nudes to Fayth, read the skype chat. Was a PM. Dunno if Fayth gave to TT1 or not, Destiny said he didn't cos 'dunno if I can trust you motherfucker'
