A post on rededit is not enough to get a verdict in your favor due to the nature of it. She could simply deny the claims and then the case would go extremely cold. If you want to win a case you need a lot more evidence period. As for trying to strip her of her financial aid is just crazy talk. Public/Community schools let sex offenders and even convicted felons attend their schools. So by having a few nude pictures online will not damage her school life in anyway. Some do not like to hear this but this isn't going anywhere. Best case scenario he gets a slander verdict and gets a few hundred bucks but that does not even cover court costs. | ||
