If all, he could pull a Sheth on them (one party failing to fullfill promises, the other completely abandoning them). It's D3 related. To put it simply. One of the D1+D2 dev made an interview that isn't too kindly towards the D3 team. D3 team were pissed, chatted in Facebook in a conversation that they thought was private, with some harsh languages. You can guess what happened next. Edit: Blizz must certainly have been busy with PR these few days.

Holy fuck. I completely agree with them for this, if kespa refuses to allow their players in GSL then fuck them way to go gom! (and as an fyi I love kespa players, but kespa as an organization is such a joke some times).

I think I won't really pay attention to the Korean SC2 scene for a little while (talking about the scene, not the players, they aren't responsible imo). Looking forward great foreign events with great Korean players. Hope they realize really, REALLY quickly that they are just fooling themselves and not contributing to eSports AT ALL with this kind of situations...

I understand that they are upset that the Kespa players are not playing in GSL. But let's be honest, they don't need to, and I think that the hype that could be built between the remergence of Kespa vs Gom could be a great storyline for esports in Korea. However, that is not the main reason why. You can't fight fire with fire. ESF (up until now) has done nothing to upset the Korean fans, they are not at fault for anything, but right now, you can say ESF is not being any better than Kespa. ESF is denying as much kespa vs gom than kespa is, except, this time, the OSL will not be able to run without the already qualified ESF players. Pulling players out of a qualifier, although for reasons that make many people wonder, is not as bad as completely ruining a tournament. (which is essentially what ESF has done with the OSL). They just made this situation a whole lot more complicated than it actually needed to be. Such rash decisions are not only hurting the fans, but also the players and the coaches. I obviously know that kespa is the main entity to blame here, but ESF is not making the matters any better by pulling out of the OSL. Anyways, it seems like Blizzard is coming to try to resolve things, it would have been nice to know their input before ESF decided to pull out of the OSL. Blizzard, please come to the rescue. PS: we want LAN KeSPA has everything to gain from mixing their league with GSL players when GOM gets nothing. OSL gets the hype of established SC2 superstars while being able to play on the BW v SC2 story. If KeSPA had real scheduling issues they would have worked with GOM to try and make it work. They may have concluded that it would be an impossibility, but forgoing any attempt at compromise is a selfish move. At the very least, they could have declined any flexibility with scheduling but allow their players the choice to participate in the Code A qualifiers.

I don't think so. If it is, it is only KeSPa orchestrating it and pissing a ton of people off in the process.

I surely hope they will say something soon, but because they are Blizz and dealing with contract disputes here, I am sure they will make sure what they want to say, vet it many times, and be very careful before they do.

In a public conversation that he thought was private, and that's what I hope some high profile players within KeSPA would do. Would severly damage KeSPA's reputation, since the community won't side with KeSPA this time.

But when unpaid (except LG_IM ) players organization ESPF pulls thier guys out of already determined toruney. It is the greatest thing ever. People always mention how KESPA B teamers must feel well asleast they get paid. I am sure MKP is super excited about this.

I am sure ESF realize that if KeSPA have their way, they might not have a future, so unless they think about retiring in a few months, they would refuse.

I am sure MKP is super excited about this. 1: It's the difference of someone hit you (BAD), and you fighting back (perfectly understandable). 2: eSF players agreed to this, as stated by player representative NesTea; while KeSPA players have no say in anything. They made the decision with all team coaches and players in agreement.

They are retaliating because this is what kespa did in bw to gom. They did not let their players play in GSL and it ended up KILLING gom for bw. As far as I know they disappeared from the bw scene after that. They do NOT want a repeat of that. Can you blame them? I don't I actually support their decision. Kespa players themselves are even confused to why they cant play in gom. I hope this forces kespa to let their players make the decision. Because right now OSL is not going to happen or have to be restarted.

Boxer himself was never attacked (verbally) in any form like Jay Wilson was when the interview started talking bad about the d3 developing team. But nevermind, this is just hairsplitting what I am doing here.
