But I repeat, include the Koreans (and all WC3 guys) and you have total and utter domination for BW.
Absolutely true, but Wc3 was not nearly as big in KR as it was in EU and also the SC community is way bigger than Wc3 ever was (even though China is huge and took the dominant role in Wc3 at the end and is now the only really active scene there is in Wc3.)
Yes Wc3(especially EU guys) do pretty well, but KR is BW hometurf so no surprise at all that they got the most skilled players with the highest player count that comes naturally with the BW history there.

There were more foreign WC3 guys than BW guys, but I don't think that's all that interesting. My point was simply that in the foreign scene WC3 top guys aren't better than BW guys. The very best foreign BW guys vs the very best foreign WC3 guys, and it's pretty much even.

Dude Lucifron and Happy have propably the most impressive results from the Terrans ^^ In wc3, but not in sc2.
I think atm Lucifron is the best european terran by far.
