Awesome for ROOT and for ToD!
Now all that's needed is for Kiwikaki to return to activity (as soon as HotS comes out)

Take Stephano out and it's about even between WC3 and BW. Include Koreans and BW absolutely crushes WC3.

If we only count foreigners then the wc3 players are doing A LOT better.

Top Terrans:
ThorZaIN (WC3)
Kas (WC3)
Demuslim (WC3)
Illussion (No former career, played Special Force competetivley)
Major (BW)
(Happy, BeastyQT, Lucifron are also from wc3, but the dont really have that impressive results so didnt include them)

Top Zergs:
Stephano (WC3)
Nerchio (BW)
Ret (BW)
Sen (BW)
Sheth (BW)

Top Protoss:
Naniwa (WC3)
SaSe (WC3)
NightEnd (WC3)
Grubby (WC3)
Mana (BW)

As far as I'm aware there aren't really that many former korean wc3 pros besides Moon, Lyn, Ven, Violet and Polt.

Dude Lucifron and Happy have propably the most impressive results from the Terrans ^^

ToD should be very cheap, as his tournament results are non-existing

He won SEC 2011 (is like EM for EU players), and is the first player who won this title in two RTS Games (SC2 & WC3).
He won nothing in 2012 like Naniwa and all other Foreigners except Stephano.

GL ToD <3

Nothing in 2012...? Thorzain won DreamHack Open: Stockholm, Nerchio won HomeStory Cup V, MaNa won DreamHack Open: Summer. DIMAGA got 2nd at IEM Season VI: Kiev.

DIMAGA got 2nd Dreamhack Open: Summer as well.
Nerchio got top 8 at both the Dreamhacks.
In comparsion, Tod hasn't even passed the group stages in most tournaments he's participated in the past 9-12 months.

I'm not sure what your list is supposed to prove. Put the best five BW players against the best five WC3 players (minus Stephano) and it'll be pretty even. Include Koreans and it won't be even at all.

Moreover, a lot of people would disagree with yout top lists. Demuslim, Illusion, Nightend, Grubby?

I mean just look here

http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/Premier_Tournaments

Winners, runnerups. I certainly don't see WC3 guys doing much better. But I repeat, include the Koreans (and all WC3 guys) and you have total and utter domination for BW.

Really impressed with that lineup, grats to ROOT. Would love to see Minigun rejoining after his contract with complexity is up + Kiwikaki comming back when he is ready and destroying everyone again, changing the metagame as he does so.

Their line up for team league is awesome like id think the strongest on the team are TT1, Major, Masa, ToD, Vibe and Slush so id expect to see them a lot. The rest could be good for specifically taking down players like id say CatZ would be a great way to take down a really strong player who wouldn't be used to really creative play and Puck is really solid so he could be a guy to go out first in an all kill format. Rotterdam is kinda unknown so I can't really say about him and Destiny just doesn't practice enough so is really unknown if he can compete at the top level.
