The relocalizer should not break the computer like that.. ![]() Just reformatted everything because clean wipes (yes that is plural) followed by install did not fix the problem (I was starting to get artifacts even in Windows, without SC2 launched following restarts). Probably just some retard shit with my laptop rather than a relocalizer problem though. This Asus ROG G73 has been nothing but trouble after the first few months ~_~. And actually, this is the second one because they replaced the first one due to its demise.

When I do, I get a Korean pop up screen and an error sound that closes the game. Is it requiring me to do something else to connect and download the audio files? Did you make sure that you let the blizzard updater finish downloading the KR voice assets? Also, try to make sure that .agent.db is not hidden in the installation folder.

Yes, please refer to this reply On January 29 2013 19:32 lhr0909 wrote: Try to delete the the files with suffix "mfil" (StarCraft II Cache.mfil, StarCraft II.mfil), then try to run the tool again. If you relocalize the game to KR (display text), your launcher should be in Korean. Another fix would be, only choose the region to be KR, keep other fields (display text + voice asset) in enUS (NA English) ![]()

I have yet to learn xcode, that's why it looked retarded. But I am glad you figured it out. Mind to share what difficulties you had? I tried to make my script as painless as possible tho..

Go to the Security tab on the properties dialog, and make sure that your current user has enough access (try to get Full Control if you can)

If it still does not work, try the following: 1. Make sure that SC2 is not running when you relocalize. 2. Make sure that Variables.txt under "C:\Users\James\StarCraft II" is not read-only. 3. Try to add a rule for "Everyone" under that folder. Go the the security tab, add a rule, in the username box, type in "Everyone". Let me know how it goes.

there were 2 folders named "SCII" on my computer, one contained all the data, the exe, the one i put the re-localizer in. another contained all of my accounts, screen shots, replays, et cetera. I don't know why there were 2 separate folders, i honestly have no clue. I cut and paster "variables.txt" from the SCII folder with the accounts/replays/screen shots, and pasted it in the folder with the exe. this actually fixed it. thanks so much for trying to help me, sorry it was such a weird solution.

When i log into NA, nothing happens (no authenicating nor initializing date), only the left side options and background is there. Help please. I have got a couple of people asking me this. Seems like there some place in Australia that just will not connect to the NA server?! Not 100% sure. Can you try using the advanced tab, and put "enUS" (without quotes) to both text boxes and hit "manual relocalize", and see if you can get to the NA server? Keep me posted.
