Several victories in UK Opens aswell as Go4SC2 cups have made him a fearsome opponent in the various online tournaments.
We are happy to welcome JonnyREcco to our family where he will be the second Zerg player with KiLLeR. Apart from being a participant in the TSL4 and the WCS EU Finals, he will also attend Multiplay i46 coming up in August. We look forward to seeing him play for Team Dignitas! We are pleased to have made this move happen after coming to an arrangement with his former team Infused.!

grats to both! I've only been able to catch a few of jR's games, but his name has been popping up all over. TeamD has always been one of my favorites so excited to see them together.

Nice pick up. I'm happy to see Dignitas is still invested into their sc2 division. Their team has always seem a bit in the darkness since Naniwa left them.

Brilliant. To be fair I saw it coming a mile off, he's been competing in a lot of their complements and the Dignitas guys are always complementary of him.
I'm glad to finally start seeing news again about team pickups that aren't completely established superstars. It's much more exciting to see how a team can make a up-and-comer with a ton of potential come to fruition under their wings. I was glad to see Suppy on EG and now glad to see REcco on Dignitas. Also props to the UK. GLHFGG

For anyone asking to, Infused isn't dead, we should have more info regarding our SC2 squad this week

I dont think putting DJ in front of your name is automatically cool. Most of these people are human jukeboxes with very little real talent, stealing the limelight from those that make the music (ofc there are exceptions, like scratch DJs). Sorry, it's kinda off topic, I just don't think DJ Recco sounds good (pun not intended).

Awesome pick-up. I always wonder about Dignitas because ever since NaNi left them, they just have not seemed to grow at all. But JonnyREcco is a great player; SeleCT, SjoW, KiLLeR, and JonnyREcco are definitely a formidable force.

From what I have seen in TSL he looks like very solid standard zerg player. I hope to see him evolve and become really good. Just hope he is mature enough to do that since he is so young!
Mmmh.. In some games i've seen he is a little bit BM, doing things like rage-quit or complaining with the opponent about op units or risky tatics and calling them noobs. Still, i'm pretty sure that representing an important team like dignitas will lead him to behave more properly and become a better player overall. Congrats and good luck to both Jhonny and dignitas!

Its ok JonnyREcco did finnish his Curriculum for Excellence at high school and passing his exams and then getting granted an exceptional leavers entry into college then on to university , done 6 months at college before doing pro SC2 full time, its all going good for him ,with the added option of returning to college/university at a later date if he so wishes.
Just watched the TSL4 match with Naniwa. JonnyRecco reminds me of Thorzain last year: a player I'd never watched before, who blew me away with the first match I saw him play in TSL. It's not just the series sweep that impresses, but the way in which he won it—he won literally every battle and never seemed in danger. His play is so solid that it reminds me of Thorzain or Akiba Rubinstein (chess) at their best.
