I realise that they need to first settle things in their house but a little more intel would be very very much appreciated 
I did not think of esports as a hard business until now (8+ hours of playing to stay in house, we need to work 8+ hours to keep our job, so basically the same). That's why i can only think of a personal problem or MMA beating up someone/breaking Korean law. This could be the reason why no updates at all (if a financial aspect was the problem, they would've told us, wouldn't they?). To just respect that if MMA wants the community to know, HE should tell us...
nothing new here and all i say is made up by me but would be reasonable i think.

It's a totally sucking, inhuman and retarded rule to have. Most people fall in love on the workplace, if you forbid that as a company you are everything that is wrong with today's business.
If a couple is professional enough this should not be enforced.

I do hope SlayerS releases an official statement soon, sure people make question there decision for demoting MMA/Crank depending on the reason, but it has to be cleared up.

It's not "fanatical hatred" - it's been said numerous times before that players who join EG are substantially weakened as players.
Look at PuMa, HuK & JYP. HuK isn't even half of what he used to be.

I think this answers itself.
As for the OP. Team have allways been cryptic about player mistakes knowing that telling the truth can ruin a players career. That being said. If the transgression is not actually something the player should be punished for it would be nice for the fans to get full disclosure. Obviously a team is never going to admit overreacting though.
