Khaldor was wrong. It was recified that it can be anyone on a GSTL team or in Code A/S.

I'm not sure what I am doing wrong; I am supposed to click the green "SQ Free LIVE" button, correct? If that is right, then I am not sure what is going wrong because I cannot seem to find the stream.

Well, do you have the GOM player installed? Those buttons send a code to your computer to open the stream in the GOM player.
Also, I would recommend signing up and logging in to a GOMtv.net account. Takes about 3 seconds and it can't hurt your chances.
