Hmm, that's a really interesting point actually.
I think you're right. DoTA2's million dollar tournament pretty much would have happened one way or another... I really hadn't considered that.

I follow sc2 mostly now but this news still made me feel hollow.... hard to say. But it was bound to happen eventually it is better this way for the players since they won't have to train both games after this osl. Just glad I was able to see pro bw in Korea while it was at its peak.

That actually feel worse to me, the top BW pros getting knocked out in the qualifiers by GSL players rather than pro BW dying. Not only does the league disappear but the fan favorites gets smashed.

That would suck to see them lose yes but you still know they will eventually rape everyone which makes you feel a bit better =)
