It’s Gosu starts this month of June in blaze of glory as we are proud to announce our new signing in Cho ‘Illusion’ Jae Won, a young but fantastic player having represented powerhouses like Incredible Miracle, ZeNEX and more recently Old Generations.

One month ago to the day we strengthened our line-up by adding an up-and-coming Protoss player in Jason ‘YaTa’ Hoang. This time around, we are proud to strengthen our Terran line-up by adding another Korean in Cho ‘Illusion’ Jae Won. The 18-year-old prodigy was left without a team after the dissolution of Old Generations last month, a situation It's Gosu is proud to remedy. This move will allow him to compete in several major events including Major League Gaming, a tournament series he will attend in August at MLG Raleigh.

No they could've not used him, in GSTL you gotta register a team roster before the season and you can't change it until next season. So it all depends on when they signed him, if they did.

sad to see that more and more (especially american) teams are losing interest in their own scene
they must really think that there are not talented players they could pick up or they are just desperate for some attention that they can't get with their foreign players so they try it with koreans.
this would be acutally a good strategy for them IF they go back to their roots afterwards (maybe with a new sponsor that they got with the help of the korean player they aquired.)
