You have to provide some kind of evidence/proof (screenshots/replays etc.) if you are going to accuse somebody.
Additionally, a supporting comment of what people should be looking for and when will be necessary if you are posting replays/evidence. |

Intel (i think LGIntel) blind counters my 7 pool with 2gate on top of his ramp
he doesn't probe scout
after my attack he sends his zealots straight to my base (still hasn't scouted)
and puts his zealots on my ramp so i can't get out (no vision of high ground)
then he randomly pulls them away as soon as my spine is being planted in range of them
then he randomly returns from center of map as soon as my hatch goes down at my natural
right before i hit him with banelings he warps in a ton of sentries
i checked his match history found a PvZ on Antiga as well and he opened FFE ..

BIOJOEJOE, maphacker. This particular replay is suspicious immediately because of his overlords in zvz, overall lack of scouting, and ironic immediate accusation of his opponent of maphacking. His first overlord scouts an empty main and his second overlord stays in his main. His match history also makes it obvious, especially his zvt's. He goes early pool before hatch vs proxy 11/11 and other obvious build order counters. He's top 8 master.

I think Intel is leveled by Impa, I need a few more replays proof though. LGIntel is not that Intel.

I watched some replays of LGKanade and there is nothing suspicious about it so I take back what I said, I kinda rushed into it cause I was a little cheesed thinking it was really Bolero but turns out I was wrong

Cure.387, blind counter to my 9 pool. builds spinecralwer and lings immediately after his pool finishes, and doesnt build a queen even though its more than 15 seconds after his pool finishes until he sees anything that would tip him off.. no pool first build would ever skip a queen. he also drone scouts after his pool finishes.
any one of these can be attributed to bad play or luck, but all 3 at once is unheard of in masters.

the player "LaG" (gm) on EU is very suspicious...
hm, doesnt seem like he uses maphack though. he goes into the fog, maybe he was just overly lucky

vs. Intel too. He send probe straight to my base to proxy 2gate. He doesn't even know I spawned as toss as I play random. Proxy 2gate is the build he does versus Protoss, after checking his match history...

I think it's really important that threads like this, and it hits home to me because Impa tried out for our team and I was ready to accept him ( I feel so shamed that I couldn't catch his hacks.... I've dealt with hackers before, I guess he just hid it better). If someone hadn't told me he was a hacker and shown me this vid he may have compromised everything my team holds valuable.

Hmm really? That specific Intel account I seem to recall being the actual Intel's a couple seasons ago at least. It even used to be his zerg account, and you can see this game here

Now, I'm trying to find that post again by Impa revealing Intel's account on a code hacking website, but I actually went through his post history and I recall that EXACT replay being posted by LGIntel saying how he ez'd Idra. So actually yea, that account almost certainly was LGIntel's as recent as 2 months ago. Let me gather that for you again real quick so I can say it with 100% certainty, but my memory is pretty clear on this.

Alright here is the evidence.
I refer first to this screenshot of LGIntel's account on another forum: http://imgur.com/vkTMD (this was posted by Impa a couple weeks ago in this thread on a smurf account that was subsequently banned and its post nuked, but not before Zwei quoted it!) . That is actually his account and his accounts that he levels that he's advertising. It's not a random new troll account as it was started on that site back in 2009 and has many thousands of posts. If you want more evidence of his identity you can go through his post history on that site, which is linked below. There he talks about the money he gets from LG for winning stuff (I'm not sure he mentions the team by name but it's quite clear it's their pay structure), and various other things that make his identity quite clear to me.
You will need to register an account on their forums to see the pages I will link from there.

Drop.SC arranges replays by unique player. It doesn't just pick unique player names, so for instance if there are two different Intels it will arrange them with regards to their character code. In fact you can even get a link to the batte.net profile from there. Now click on the Intel in that replay and get the replay list for him: http://drop.sc/players/US/2417436/Intel
In there you can find this: http://drop.sc/211920 which is the replay posted where it clearly shows Intel maphacking.
So unless Intel is going to claim he sold his account in the last 2 months to Impa (and honestly I'd say within the last month), then yea...
This maphacking Intel account was 100% used by LGIntel as recent as 68 days ago. Indeed it was a Top 100 Zerg GM account even last season (Intel mains Zerg although he also plays Terran and Protoss at a high level - having hit GM with at least Terran. Impa does not play Zerg as far as I know).
LGIntel is actually a good player though, so I'd ask to not rush to judgment here. It is very possible he simply sold his account very recently, as he does sell his GM smurf accounts from time to time.

OK, I guess I should clear a few things ups 
1. Intel used to be me. I recently sold it to some guy about 2 weeks ago. If you check the match history of Intel, ever since he bought it the account has been losing like crazy. If anyone here knows me, they know I'm not bad enough to go 1-17 in masters with any race Sooo that kind of proves its not me.
2. Whoever bought my account hired a maphacker to level the account. Thats not me playing, ever since the account was sold I haven't logged in at all.
3. That user on hackforums is me. While I don't hack, I am interested in coding and things like that, so naturally over time I've found sites like hackforums. I try to be as helpful and HQ on sites, so if I know something is ripped material, I expose that person. Hackforums is actually more of a hacking/coding site than a game hacks site, but there is a subsection for Starcraft 2, so I check in there time to time. Also while I dont support hacks, I am friends with ValiantChaos because I used to know alot of hackers who paid me to level accounts (because 99% of account leveling services are hackers or run by hackers just saying) and I recognize that he is a skilled coder, so I kind of respect him and hate to see his work get ripped.
4. If my name, char code, or skype is posted on any site by any user, that is 99% not me. I don't have a well known account on any game hacking sites (such as d3scene) because I rarely post/use sites like that. However since pretty much the only place to advertise account leveling is on hacking sites, I have my friends who are "well known" or "respected" on those sites post my ads for me.
If anything else needs clearing up post it here.

Oh yeah, CalvinHarris. Met that guy about a month ago (he was in diamond), got proxy2gated of course, on Antiga. Luckily for me I already had a wall and managed to hide SCVs behind it, float the OC to nat and delay him long enough to somehow kill his nexus and most of his probes. Then I derped a few times, let him kill the wall and he started chasing me all over the map so I eventually built a new rax and a few bunkers and won. Mules OP I guess. The game took a bit over 20 minutes in the end.
I recommend watching the replay with the Benny Hill theme playing in the background.
