Wasn't sure where else to post this, but I wanted to share and didn't want to create another maphacking thread. While it's far from a GM level game (plat), I recently had a match on the NA server against an opponent I suspect was maphacking. I have included the replay:

Highlights:

03:20 - sends two drones to attack my probe without ever having had vision of it.
03:32 - selects two more drones as soon as I drop a pylon behind his natural. Does this before getting vision of my constructing pylon. In fact, he still hasn't even seen my probe at this point.
05:37 - inspects the front of my base, which he has no vision of.
09:25 - another no-vision inspection of the front of my base.
10:24 - blindly repositions his army to the east of his 3rd base, where I have just built a proxy pylon.
11:40 - looks directly at my army at the front of my base, right as I'm moving out.
12:50 - repositions his army based on the angle of my incoming push
12:53 - looks directly at my army on a random spot on the map
14:47 - a-moves his army to where I've just dropped my 3rd nexus

Do you guys think that he was maphacking? If so, what do I do about it? Submit a regular ticket, or is there a special procedure for reporting maphackers?

If every high masters/GM player hacker gets caught, then it does deter lower league hackers since they now have a limit on how high up the ladder they can go before they get banned.

However, this should not stop you from emailing blizzard and posting on the blizzard forums (or ever starting a thread to try to collect a bunch of replays of the lower leagues to send the lump-sum on to blizzard).
