You have to provide some kind of evidence/proof (screenshots/replays etc.) if you are going to accuse somebody.

Additionally, a supporting comment of what people should be looking for and when will be necessary if you are posting replays/evidence.

1) Reaction to drops without Vision

Time @ 10:28 in the replay, Skiller's army (6 Helions + 1 Reaper) is found sitting at the southern base of the watch tower. Please note he does not take control of the watch tower either. He has no vision of the double drop on the left side of the map.

At this point, if you were to select my double drop, it is clearly on a queued path to his natural, you will see a green dot by the natural of Skiller. That green dot is the location where my double drop is going.

Time @ 10:48, Skiller's army, without vision, attack moves in to the same area where my drop is going. If you select the army and follow the red dot, the attack move location is just a few pixels away from my drop location.

2) Pre-emptive Reposition of Units without Vision or Indication

Time @ 14:09, My army is about to move out and attack Skiller. At this point, he suspiciously repositions his tank on the lower ground. He meticulously controls it to the point where 100% of his attention is dedicated to defending his natural ramp. He has no vision of my army. He has no watch tower.

3) Unwarranted Scan without vision or notification or indicators (Extremely Blatant)

Time @ 14:24, Skiller scans my army for no reason. He has no vision and no reason to scan there. He did not have the watch tower and had no reason to believe that I was moving out or even remotely close to that location.

Wow, is this some kind of joke? I watched the whole replay and there is no sign of hacking at all. It's kind of comical how you could come up with a so much 'evidence' from this replay.
I'm not even going to comment on your points here it's so obviously wrong to anyone watching the replay.

Hi guys, fairly new here so please let me know if only GM and master leagues are allowed to post here, as title says. This is a plat/diamond league game:

Evidence:

Never scouts nor scans.
10:45 - Perfect defense for roaches push without seeing anything.
15:00 - Sends his thors to attack my overlords drop without any map vision.
15:30 - Sends back his thors to his main to defend for my drop since I decided to drop somewhere else, again without any vision.
19:00 - Starts mass viking production to counter broodlords without any vision of anything I'm doing... again.
21:20 - He decides to push, but goes back to defend when I send some roaches across the map to harass his expos. Needless to say he had no vision of that attack.
21: 45 - He dances his units while I'm moving back and forth.

Just wanted to say that the barcode I posted about earlier, and 3 games down from kelticthunda on http://sc2overwatch.com/list/recent, is probably KelticThunDa. The barcode did the EXACT same thing to me, on the same map too, as terran. Same team. Same hacker?

I have submitted this replay to the Clan Leader of Ever and the officers. They have already proceeded to take action to remove the member from the clan. There was a unanimous vote of Yes from the Ever community to declare that it was enough evidence to claim the accused was guilty of hacking.

I have reported this to hacks@blizzard.com as well as sc2overwatch.com

Just watched with other members in Ever, he is not hacking, there is 100% no proof in this replay of maphacking, literally the only slightly suspicious move was the scan, which can just be said is good star sense in TvT, in order to safely move out to take 3rd (because he is going pure mech in a TvT) . Sorry, not hacking.

Did you even watch the replay carefully or read acslayer's post? At 10:48, Why would Skiller even move his hellions on attack move right near where the drops would land in his base? He even MOVED THEM at very similar timing with the drops coming in from the left side. He did not even have ANY vision on the left side or even took tower vision at the center of the map. Yet he just suddenly moves his hellions on attack move BACK TO HIS NATURAL right when drops were coming, LOL.

To me, it's quite obvious what was going on. But it seems there are a couple people here who think SKiller is innocent.

Well I guess that's why there are these threads here to get everyone's opinion.

I felt that the evidence I provided (The 3 Timings indicated) clearly showed enough proof that he was guilty.

I'm not exactly sure what would deem as maphacking if the opponent blindly brings back an army to defend an unscouted drop.

I'm not exactly sure what could have been more guilty than blindly scanning on TOP of my army right when my army arrived. There was no function of that scan because he didn't have the watch tower or even have an indicator to say that I was moving out.

Anyway, thanks for your reviews.

[Hey acslayer Im (ever) SKiller and because of an idiot like you i had my account banned for the last week and have been trying to get it back through the appeals. I'd like to be the first to tell you that you're an idiot and that i also want to thank-you. Because of you blizzard has reinstated my game after an investigation proved my innocence and that ive never cheated as well as given me numerous free stuff as compensation. all i say is before you besmirch someone have proof and not ignorance you jackass, since you wont believe me little boy heres what blizzard did upon investigation:

I played this guy this afternoon, he proxi reapered me on cactus vally with no scout at all, everything waypointed/rallied to my base.
Can confirm this guy is without a doubt a hacker

I think you're confused with what a backbone is. I reported you because after analyzing the replay, it looked very suspicious at those 3 time points. So suspicious that even when the hacks team at blizzard reviewed it initially, they banned your account. This means that even they believed it looked egregious enough for them to impose a sanction on your account.

It's ok to be mad when someone reports you based on weak evidence. If you're not sure what constitutes strong evidence it's better to get an opinion here first and send to Blizz afterwards. If this is the sort of evidence you're going to present you'd need way more than 1 sample game with 3 "dodgy" situations that might as well be incidental, out of which only first one looked dodgy.

What annoys me, is that Blizzard probably uses this thread to find hackers, and bring them to justice. But there have recently been various false hacker accusations, and a *complete lack of will to ban known hackers*. I'm not sure if it's because Blizzard has been not going to other sites like sc2overwatch, and simply relying on evidence here. Or lazily downloading only SOME of the evidence, and then concluding someone is innocent?

Blizzard if you're reading this - I'm not trying to scold anyone. But there is at least 1 name with huge mounting evidence against him or her that you haven't banned yet. His barcode account - which is probably the SAME USER AS KELTICTHUNDA has been doing PROXY 3 RAX on 4 player maps, getting the spawn right every time without scouting. He remains unbanned to this day, and he plays at a high level.

I'm really sorry that Skiller's account was banned for a week, and nothing was done about this guy.... for shame. I won't repost evidence that at least 3 people have posted including myself regarding this other guy. It's also on http://www.sc2overwatch.com/list/recent.
