You have to provide some kind of evidence/proof (screenshots/replays etc.) if you are going to accuse somebody.
Additionally, a supporting comment of what people should be looking for and when will be necessary if you are posting replays/evidence. |
Hello Guys, i had a very strange opponent yesterday. This barcode had 560 apm average and over 1200 apm as a peak which means 20 hits per second! I think thats quite impossible. What do you guys think about that? On top of that he blindly 10gate 3gated me on Deadwing without any scout. At some point of the replay I scouted his base. So he had 50% chance to attack the right base BUT he usually cant know that i scout so it would be 33% in general.
So are 560apm possible? I dont think so espacially 1200apm peak. What kinda hack is this or whats up with this guy.

APM spam isn't directly a reason to assume someone is hacking, afaik there are a few exploits to spam crazy apm

I agree, however this would indicate otherwise:

This selecting of hotkeys and clicking on gysers appears numerous times through the replay. Also, at 2:41, he has 2852 apm and clicks more than 70 hotkeys within 1 second.

i think i played that guy too. i remember one barcorde protoss dude had 500+ apm in game summary. but since blizzard is shy to do smth about either hacking or barcodes...
|
I played this guy too, didn't suspect much but him having like 444+ apm threw me off, not sure about maphacking, but something is definitely off

There is a new program out that is basically a macro trainer that has several automation's and short cuts. They click on gas geyser and automatically 3 workers are sent to gas. Also has a auto production where you hit 1 key and it spams full production cycle for you.
Smart target, auto snipes, auto injects, all of these things will spam high apm in a insane amount no non Korean pro will have, let alone randoms in NA masters ect lol.
Pretty BS program, Blizzard needs to do something with all these new automation's and macro trainers being released and used for years with out detection because they are external.
It was released free to the public last month, on a monitored website Blizzard knows about and most of the Team Liquid population knows about. It's really messed up program.

Hello guys, I just found a map hacker and I figured it would be a good idea to report it here too. I reported him in game as well. It's incredibly obvious that he is using maphacks.

Yes I know I sucked lol but still obvious map hacker....He was looking directly at the fog of war where my army was and then walled off when he saw I was producing banelings in the fog of war.

Yes, very obvious. The very second you started your baneling nest, his camera jumps to it's location through fog of war. Also he looks at your scouting overlord through fog of war and immediately starts a marine.

#1 This was a WoL unranked matchmaking game.
Accused name: [ViRu5] Raiderromero Race: Protoss Server: NA League: Diamond / Unranked Profile: http://us.battle.net/sc2/en/profile/4530884/1/Raiderromero/ Replay: http://drop.sc/384449
I did the old school 2rax reactor + techlab. He blindly puts down 3 cannons without scouting. Of course, this is not proof of cheating at all, but already I was quite suspicious. I then do SCV pull with some reinforcements, but 2 extra cannons have been placed. I already lost at this point but kept playing.
At 11 minutes, I send a lone marine to check his third base location and then moved it behind the mineral line. He sends his entire army to kill the one marine in the corner. He had no vision of the map outside of his two bases.
At 12:20, he moves out with his force. As soon as I start moving out with a second scv pull (I was already mostly convinced he was cheating, just wanted to see what he would do in reaction to this), his army does an immediate 180 degree turn when he is halfway across the map and retreats to his third base with no vision of the map or my army at all. Then, he repositions slightly right before the battle, still with no vision of my units.
#2 Not sure about this. WoL unranked again.
Accused name: CRY Race: Protoss (Random) Server: NA League: GM Profile: http://us.battle.net/sc2/en/profile/2872908/1/CRY/ Replay: http://drop.sc/384450
He raged a bit in a previous game before leaving, met him again. At 5 minutes, he sends a stalker directly from his base to where I had one marine checking for proxies on the edge of the map (Ohana), ignoring towers. Kills marine and goes straight back.

I can second this...
http://drop.sc/384575 The alteration of the probe scouting pattern in the middle of the map really needs no explanation. What a cunt.

Hacker name : llllllllllll Server : EU League : Master Description :Here's the replay : http://ggtracker.com/matches/5235640 I'm playing as protoss . In first minutes he accused me of map hacking , I just ignored him . I was doing my build , 2x Stargate 8 pheonixes (Do much damage as I can ) into 2x robo collosus to prevent mass hydra . I denied the scout and when I attacked with the pheonixes I just saw 3 spores on each base if I remeber corectly and already hydras on the way . When I started the collosus production he stoped hydra production and went straight into coruptors . It is obvious he's map hacking . Blizzard please !
After the match I talked to some players he played with and one of them admited he's a hacker too . Here is his replay : http://ggtracker.com/matches/5235646 Another player that played with him , see the replay : http://ggtracker.com/matches/5235669
