You have to provide some kind of evidence/proof (screenshots/replays etc.) if you are going to accuse somebody. Additionally, a supporting comment of what people should be looking for and when will be necessary if you are posting replays/evidence. | ||

But when ranged made that thread, I checked back into all of my replays with him. I am convinced he is hacking, but makes efforts to hide it. If Sonata reads this forum, god, i swear the majority of the replays of hackers i go through have atleast 1-2 replays of you in the list for each one. If someone builds cannons in their base in the early game against a proxyinbase hatch they never SCOUTED then this guy is a hacker. There is no discussion about it. If someone goes for a 10 forge and immediately builds two cannons against an 8 pool (never scouted) and doesnt send out a probe (for a cannonrush for example), never scouts and never builds units until the point he allins (not even a sentry) on a gm lvl then he maphacks. And then in the same game he blinks back stalkers he never selected while looking at a warpin pilon the whole time then you have 100% proof this guys is a maphacker/blinkhacker. There is no discussion. I agree on you that nobody should yell "omfg you are a maphacker" when somebody is doing one strange move or has a really good read. Guess the most people are accused of hacking at least one time, a some people called me maphacker but thats mainly because they were mad. | ||

I did watch his replays and others from his ladder games. Sometimes there is suspicious moves, but nothing that is completly out of the ordinary. By that, I mean that if we analysed every single replay of any pro players, some "suspicious" actions could be found for almost all of them. Luck happens, players analysing their opponent builds before playing tournament, etc. Those are some of the factors that need to be taken in consideration in those games. The guys in this thread are doing a worthwhile thing for the SC2 community. Helping to catch and out hackers is a great thing and should be supported by all those who want a clean and honest scene. On the flip side. looking at your posting history, you made almost FIFTY posts defending Spades and claiming he was not hacking. If people listened to you on this issue, Spades would still be map-hacking and getting away with it. | ||
