The only thing I got out of the replay is how much you rage. The overlord scouting is typical on that map as far as I've seen. The turret timing is around 11 min mark which is normally when spire is built around. I don't see any suspicious on the replay.

Doesn't look like hack to me.
Every Zerg puts their OL in that position and have seen many pro's blindly do the barracks trick against zerg every time on that map. (Seen Dragon stream do it).
Queuing marine around the map early on to hunt overlords and blindly making turrets for muta's is also something most terran's do. (if muta's come and there are no turrets it's crazy how much damage they can potentially do if your marines are not close by).
Nothing else really seems suspicious idk.
Just my 2 cents. Can't really call someone a hacker because they went OL hunting early game and because they had turrets up when your muta's came.
edit: also seems like lower league play to me - a lot of players do random stuff that makes absolutely no sense half the time at low levels.

1) Never scouts my spawning position, ever, on a 4player map. His first person camera never looks at the fog of war for the whole game.
2) Does a ridicolously unsafe opening even though he has no idea wether my opening looks aggresive or not
3) Goes phoenix and....keeps them at home without bothering to scout nor harass, together with his first obs which he uses to snipe mine.
4) 6.50: moves his gateway units down his ramp to kill a probe he doesn't see coming in. If i was doing a fast blink timing he gets raped right here, especially with a phoenix opening. Cuts phoenixes at 2 without scouting a blink build
5) 8.30: snipes my obs the instant it enters his base. His obs has been chilling there doing nothig at all for a full minute but it just so happens to be in the perfect place at the perfect time.
6) 8.50: expands the instant i queue up my own nexus, again with zero scouting information. If i am allining this is complete suicide
7) 10.15: proceeds to almost snipe another obs, moving in position to do so at the perfect instant to do it again even though he's been doing absolutely nothing with his phoenixes for minutes
8) Proceeds to tech up exactly when i do, again suicide if i am still one basing. At this point he still doesn't know where the fuck i spawned, let alone wether i am allining or not.
9) Starts a third exactly when i do, as usual with zero scouting info. Still no idea where i spawned.
10) 18.30: spreads out his army when i move out to be in perfect position. It's been balled up for the entire game but it just so happens to be in position when i attack

When I hit masters with a very high win to lose ratio it doesn't take them long to find me unfortunately. To avoid looking like a further conspiracy nut/idiot I won't go further into this, I realize how absurd it sounds lol.
