Is tons of money, which seems to abduct all promising players from other teams (oh hi there PUMA), the sweet smelling glue that gets SlayerS to agree? What else could it be?!? [No accusations, I just can't think of any other logical explanation.] Here's some history guys: once bought from their old teams, former stars GoRush, Nal_Ra (July too, but he then went to get a golden mouse, so not really) and Action never really did well. Likewise, KT(F) in Brood War was notorious for buying all the best players, but for some reason they didn't have the same dominance when it came to league championships. What I'm trying to say is, to make a good team, simply buying the good players won't be enough. Sometimes you need some re-vitalizing with new blood, ok fine, but you're in trouble if you focus too much on your by-gone stars instead of building up lesser players + Show Spoiler [WHOOPS] + I didn't read attentively enough. PUMA, HukThorZain and JYP are CERTAINLY NOT bygone stars, please don't get me wrong. I was only implying Idra really, but since he's not involved ..... Theory still holds, just doesn't apply in this case! It'll be dreary if the foreigners aren't up to scratch for GSTL, but hey, how else will they get to that level of competition? EDIT: nevermind, the ones put forth by EG are certainly up to snuff and should be a great for SlayerS in this "exchange progamer" programe!

startale still looks like the team to beat right now though with their players all doing excellent though mvp and prime aren't that far behind there's also the slumping IM and TSL that could theoretically do well as well and you would be foolish to count out nshoseo from doing well i wish liquid could succeed here but it's just so cutthroat with these stacked teams that i would consider it insanity for them to make the cut at the end of the season (one can hope though with hero and taeja around ![]()

Otherwise: Slayers gains a third tested protoss, two sick terrans who can snipe Protoss and HuK. These things are pretty nice to receive.

Slayers is already a huge team, that they don't need to use the EG lineup. Liquid is competing as an individual team, actually.

I know it's been a rather big deal with partnerships in the past. Razer does not sponsor SlayerS any longer.

Coca, MMA, Ryung, Puzzle, Yugioh is already a solid 5-man team, and they have Min, Brown, Clide, Crank, Ven and Alicia to practice snipes, plus their new recruits. I wouldn`t replace any of the first 5 for a EG player. I`d rather see EG as a separate team, but a combined roster is better than not seeing they at all. EG-Col would be fun, but not really feasible as a business plan, : P

It was a 12 team tournament and now it's an 11 team tournament and I don't want every OGS opponent to receive a forfeit win, so they need to replace them if they can.

I wouldn`t replace any of the first 5 for a EG player. JYP is better than Brown and Ven (and possibly Crank), PuMa is in a better shape than Ryung right and has acceptable TvP. Adding variancy and potential to a roster is never bad.

An in form Idra would actually be huge for slayers if they don't use coca since their z lineup is pretty horrible. Their zs, including coca, were a total of 0 and 2 all of last season.
