But if you get a good game he will correct the graph wrong.
Next version will have an option, where i can stop all clients from using the webserver and hold them on standby until the web-server is updated.

Can I just mark all games as bad games for now till the new version? Will you still get good data to use to determine the information you need?

Marking bad is allways local. It dont affect my data. I changed the seasonr to 11 so with this trick he will mark them bad anyways.
EDIT 1: NA webserver is online in season 9!
(i was worried they really rename season nr. but like i guessed they just rename them in the fronted of sc2 not in the system)
My new client is ready but i have to test him first. Also i have to calculate the season start time down to 1 sec.
EDIT 2:The webserver did a timetravel! its back in season 8
EDIT 3: Welcome in the future! Season 9 (for now...)
EDIT4: future was yesterday! Season 8!
EDIT5: Timetravel is dangerous! the webserver killed his grandfather. No Seasondata
EDIT6: All fine now and i calculated the starttime

Dang, should have told it to bring me a sports almanach from the past.

However if the blizzard webserver brings it to you (future or not) i would not bet my money on the results. They can be wrong
First Testversion for the new system.
At the moment ONLY FOR NA. If you use this, backup your data first! If you have any problem report them here.
EDIT Testversion down found a bug

so it does not makes sense to upgrade the mmr-stats-plugin manually if i am playing on EU?
how wrong are the EU-results up to now since new season?
do you know when they usually update the season? so when you will bring out a new version for EU ^^

Its a test version!
Normal version + all regions should come tomorrow. Depends how long blizzard needs to change the servers.

Does the analyzer (v5.9) work only in 200 games chunks? Yesterday got 402 games recorded on my EU account and MMR for the 2 first matches changed considerably.
When 'Analyse' tab is checked there are three Alg F sections: 1) Player Alg.F+: games 203 - 402, 2) Alg F summary: games 3 - 202 and 3) Alg F summary: games 1 -2.
If I delete 2 games the MMR of those 2 first games changes back to normal (two alg F sections). So I presume the analyzer calculates MMRs separately for each 200 games chunk and as there is only 2 games in the last chunk (games 1-2), the MMR values are rough?
Edit: EU website was just updated for S9.

Edit: EU website was just updated for S9. I put this in because the analyser need exponential longer time with bigger chunks. If everything works the analyser times are over ( kind of some analyse is still needed)
If eu started he will be in s9 in some hours. Check my post above about us. They have to make a little timetravel first
EDIT: I NEED HELP TO FIND OUT THE SEASONSTART. blizzard dont use there normal start time this season! If you could tell me when you see your unspend bonuspool increasing and post the GMT of this event and the server and league that would help a lot. ( dont have to exact on the second i will get the exact second from there) Ingame would be even BETTER!

If everything works the analyser times are over ( kind of some analyse is still needed) Agreed. I presume it is also good to limit the chunks in-case of there is bad data in between. If there is time in the future, you might want to consider if the last chunk is small (e.g. less than 10 to 20 games), they would be added on top of the last 200 chunk for analysis.
EDIT: of course in the new ladder system skill tier analysis should not be needed anymore -> less computing time needed.

Probably will play my placements tomorrow and check the season start times based on bonus pools with in-game client then. Last night I was idling on EU server when the season change happened. It was around 03:00 CEST (at 02:48 was old season and when I checked next time 03:10 the new season had started).

You can change your computers system clock to check this very accurately. The SC2 client doesn't get the total bonus pool from the server. It calculates it locally.

Yes, and I really don't know why they do that. The server has to know the remaining bonus pool for every player anyway (to calculate the score), so why not send that instead? I don't get it.

The MMR server dont talk directly to the system i think. Everything you see on webpage / ingame, is from second hand. The system calculate independent and upload later to a db. The clients read from that db. This is not allways in time. So if you calculate it on your own you are more accurate than asking the db.
Thats also the reason why i calculate everything i can on my own. Because i have to take it from third hand ( the webserver).
EDIT: Have all times 3 min exact. Not good enough for public but good enough to test some basic stuff.

Yes that makes sense. I think you are right.
