Except that she controls all the financials of SlayerS and is the main reason that they're financially sound and can even be a team...

He did not betray a corporation's trust in him (EG stood behind orb's lies before they were debunked, how can you keep a guy after that and still have a good rep?) Completely different things in my opinion Doesn't matter who you are and what you do. There are people who say shit thinking they can get away with it because it's on the net. If this case goes through and a ruling favoring jessica is declared then hopefully we can rid the internet of people like "nolgoituh". There's a reason why TL has mods, because even trolling has its limits.

Sueing is completely acceptable. Most of u guys think she is overreacting, but its completely normal. Unlike most countries, korea is alot stricter in things. although i would love to sue every asshole on the internet (and there are many), i do not think that is time or money well spent. i especially do not think that the judiciary should be swamped with such claims. calling her a cunt, saying he wants to bang her and suck his dick, etc. (those are what are listed), are things you ignore/ban. if he went further (giving out her personal information, stalking-like threats, etc.) maybe. but this just seems a waste of time and money DESPITE the fact that the guy is an asshole. maybe korea has an expedited procedure for this though, but i doubt it. just finding the guy through his IP will waste a lot of time and money.

Are you serious? 99.9% of the right-minded people would use the ban-hammer to deal with a situation like that. You don't go around and sue people for insulting you, you feel bad for them being stupid and you move along. Its more than Just banning. People make new accounts and it starts all over again. Jessica won't succed with this, Nor do I think she will go much further than filing papers. But more to the point. It stops people in their tracks if they want to troll and be insulting. God knows when I was on stream for like 30 seconds on Prime TV. Holy hell did I get called names. Not just fatass or stuff like that. but it got pretty severe to a point when I would avoid going to the bathroom while they were streaming in order to avoid names being thrown at me (both bathrooms are on the other side of the streaming computer and there is only one route to them which is past the streaming computer) but eventually mkp just made me be on camera. So I got used to it. But more to the point though. It this helps decrease the amount of trolls in their chat, More power to them. Words hurt. Yes bans are possible, but still. Words do hurt.

In Korea, I remember that even the celebrities didn't really give a shit about haters but it started to become a fad to sue for cyber harassment just from a few years ago haha.

What it means is that he can get 7 to 10 years in prison with suspension, meaning he will not be in prison for this sentence unless he has another conviction in the next 10 years. Basicly it means u are under "probation" and if you repeat or do something to break the law in this time frame u get those 7-10 years in prison. P.S. They take things seriously in korea when it comes to the interwebs.

People were mad cause orb was a public figure and lied like he was talking to 6 year olds. Im pretty sure the guy getting sued by jessica wont cast anything anytime soon.
