I respect you a lot, the work that you must have put into the past MLGs after the one event we better don´t talk about is simply outstanding and I am sure that there´s lots of SC2 fans who give you the highest credit for the well deserved success and I sure hope that you continue that route. Hard work, determination along with a good attitude and good sportsmanship should always be rewarded. However, I cannot understand how you guys came up with 20$. And this is "only" the arena. Not even including the big event. If you asked that much for both I would seriously reconsider, but I won´t pay 20$ just for the Arena. And I usually pay for all the good events, because I want to support esports. | ||

I understand young gamers get disappointed with news like this, but there is still plenty of free streams out there and you could go together a few friends and pay ~$4 each. | ||

I don't think anyone here really understands how business work.... no one asked MLG to put those events on you know, they do it to make money, don't act like MLG have some moral high ground here and are being undermined by the uncompromising "broke nerds", people just don't want to be ripped off/insulted, $20 is ripping people off, especially when you consider that a lot of that money is going to shipping korean gamers over when imo their teams should front that cost | ||

I also have to agree with others who have commentated that $20 is WAY too high for what they're offering. A lower price wouldn't make me buy it personally, so I suppose my opinion means less on the matter, but that figure really smells like a rip off to me. Didn't they just cut the number of major tournaments they're putting on during the year too - in favour of these Arenas? I was all excited for this years' MLG after Providence, but so far it seems every new announcement they make disappoints me a little more. Shame. | ||
