I don't understand? Liquipedia is one click away. Comparing Machine (who had a solid MLG record all season long) to these two and LZGamer, it's just amazingly lazy.

I don't think you need to compare other teams now am i not right? Why involve other players in this? Just talk about the topic.

I understand what you mean about sticking to topic, but if NA's teams are going to compete with Koreans, they need to devote all their resources to promising players. Players who are grandfathered into a team/community are nice and all, but are also a drainage on resources that could be better allocated elsewhere. Just saying.

I agree with you on that. The NA scene seems to be alot about old BW players and trying to promote wellknown names but dont really got any major talents..

Isnt it strange there is allmsot zero upcomming players from NA. Where is the NA version of Nerchio,Stephano,Titan,Targa.

Only one I knew was DDE when he first entered the scene and he is by me considering the best NA player. NA lack a talent productive enviroment and I hope the teams steps up.

Its time to develop NA players instead of just sticking with wellknown names.

I can only name trimaster for rising star for na. DDE is Korean also.

I didnt knew that I thought he was all american. Trimaster he had 1 good tournament so yea he is defianlty up there but i think Gatored got a good future ahead of him if he keep practising. I been impressed by him latetly he didnt do that well at HSC but it happends. Still a player I will keep an eye out for..

But its not many and considering how many fans the NA scene got it is abit strange there isnt anymore upcomming players.

Doubt it, iNcontrol does so much for EG's image.

Sad to see Axslav and Strifecro go although i can kinda understand why.
Furthermore, I think the Collosi should be removed! (Zorgaz -Terran/AbrA-Random/Zorg-Dota2) Guineapigs <3

While i understand what scoots said on LO3 about paying players, Axlav would still 5-0 or 5-1 LzGaMeR in a bo9. sad :/

What on earth are you talking about?

Wes Brown spent his entire career at United (up until the switch to sunderland) same thing for John O'shea and they still have Jonny Evans!

If you are going to use an analogy at least make some sense.

people shit on lz too easily, he switched to zerg a couple months ago and only recently has gotten back to practicing and is already doing pretty well and can take games off all the other EG members. LZ also doesn't live in the house and is not as much as an investment as ax/strife
savior did nothing wrong

Gatored and Rice to some extent but its still a very small pool and they aint gonna start dominate the foreign scene. so I wouldnt call them rising stars yet.

Brown was part of United's best defence at one point with Evra, Ferdinand and Vidic.

O`Shea was by far the most flexible sub maybe in top tier football history.

Not too sure about Evans, haven't been watching much this season.

Understandable that teams are going to start mixing things up with the start of the new year but it's sad that Axslav and Strifeco have to part ways with EG

And maybe he would. Now let us say that EG can offer Axlav 10k a year and Lz 5k a year because of those results and other like outcomes. Axlav knows that he's getting better relative to the rest of the foreign scene, and as such, ends up wanting to look for another team that can give him more (say 15k a year). Lz on the other hand agrees to his 5k, and that's that.

And what do we see? Since salaries are kept private (and they should stay that way for now), we're notified that Lz is kept on EG and Axlav is let go.

Actually, not to say Machine shouldn't be on the team, but He actually struggled in MLGs in 2011. I assume you're using MLG standings as a barometer for results, and they can be a bit misleading due to the way its seeded. If you look at Machine's TLPD compared to the other non-superstar players of EG it appears they're all relatively similar. Nothing against Machine/Ax/Strife they're all great players its just insanely hard to consistently preform well at international events, and its understandable if EG cant support as many players who aren't quite there yet. Since they're all Non-superstar players but Machine/Lz do a bit more outside of gaming to promote the team than Axslav/Strife, that's likely the deciding factor. Im sure they'll both land on a team that's a better fit for them.
