but i already had a feeling like mc was focusing more on international events than on gsl recently. no way in hell players like mvp or nestea would have risked their gsl life for something like the homestory cup. for SK, it seems to me to be a good move. they get one of the best players in the world who is incredibly popular with foreign fans and will generate lots of attention for their whole sc2 division. for MC himself, however, i think this is a bad idea. the loss of practice partners in the ogs house will hurt him badly in the long run.

![]() I guess we're going to see new announcements from SK during the next week. They're probably picking up SangHo?

Stay in Korea where there isn't nearly as much money in SC2 as there is in the foreign scene. Why do you think players like MC are putting so much focus on out of Korea tournaments? Because the money is there, and it's easier to come by then by playing in a month long tournament who's prize pool isn't really that big. very shortsighted assessment. as much as I am a BW elitist, I recognise that the day will come when proleague teams pick up sc2 divisions. it may be as big as BW, it may not be... but there is more money to be made in this crowd ![]()
