don't know, MC has his own financial security to consider, and we are in no place to judge that for him. that being said, it's not a good move for his playing ability, which is of course what most of his fans care about.

I would assume SK are going to pick up a bunch of these bw pros swapping over thus giving MC practice partners? Just a random thought that could be possible? I don't think SK has the contacts to pull that off. Also the people coming fresh from BW wouldn't really trust foreigner teams, I would assume, and prefer some established Kr house (at first).

The whole point of a teamhouse is to have practice partners right next to you, I'd speculate that by moving to SK and leaving teamhouse that he loses all the oGs practice partners.

He can have all the practice partners he wants, it's still not the same as living with the best players and having them around 24/7. Having said that, I do think he will move in with some people or wait for an SK team/house/partnership.

Some random people matched Zenios picture with the silluet that TL released. They were 100% identical. Then Artosis made a stupid and said in a GSL cast that Zenio was joining TL, when the announcement was still days away. I don't know where in the timeline this mysterious reddit guy revealed his "inside knowledge" but the identity of the new TL player was known well before it was official.

But living in a team house means a stricter practice regimen, and constant SC2 strategy/build/timing/macro/etc discussion, while it also has the advantage of a coach. Even if people from oGs still practice with him, it's not the same, it's detrimental to practice. He might soon dissapear from the GSL if he and SK don't have something special prepared. Which is why I think it's a shortsighted move, or MC is aiming for something other than the GSL.
