Cool stuff, likely the Chinese teams can show us some creative plays, the games I've seen of them are pretty wild. However, they'll need to catch up mechanically relative to all the other players in the GSL, even the other foreigners.

Chinese pride!

Really hope this is true, been hearing from many Chinese players that they believe they're on-par with the Koreans. I hope this is true and we can see some new players and some Chinese superstars (XiGua obviously).

This seems super cool. Is this mainland China or Taiwan?

YEAH CHINA :D
I wish Sen could participate, but the team should do well without him too.

XiGua's success at WCG was not a fluke, even Koreans know how far players from China have improved. GSTL would be a great starting point for both Korea and China's esport to grow, excited for 2012.

GamaBear of Sen and Chinese teams are teams from totally different leagues, not related.

Awesome, I wish the best.

When/where can we expect news?

Anyways, really glad China's starting to come out to the international scene.

I think most of us know it's there, it even has a more popular website than teamliquid dedicated to starcraft. But the language barrier or something else just keeps integration from being more widespread. It's so strange!

I hope GSTL is one important step for Chinese players to become international players. If you're the best, where you're from is irrelevant! :D

Can't wait to watch.

I dont often see the Chinese in many tournaments really only the one IEM in Ghanzhou (or how ever it is pronounced / spelled >.<) and Blizzcup. Don't believe they actually pretty sure they didnt reach the final and a foreigner won on their own soil... so based on those 2 im formulating that yea they're good but would get demolished in the GSTL against powerhouses like SlayerS, IM, ST, TSL, and Prime. (I acknowledge I may be wrong on the results but that still dosnt really change my opinion that they would get demo'd by these unfathomably strong Korean teams.
