Best of luck Gretorp, I'm sure you'll do great as a player and coach!

I wish you the best then, if there's anyone in ESPORTS who deserves to succeed it's you man. I have good memories of discussing strategy on your stream chat back in beta. ![]() Do you plan to produce something to serve as example/framework to teams or aspiring coaches about what you do? A blog perhaps? Would be great since a lot of people in the thread (and surely in the teams too) can't even picture what a coach is for.

I'm really glad you felt the need to post this. The need for serious coaching and team management seems to be a little bit of a joke in a North America; can't wait to see the results IG starts to post.

Professional Sport Teams need Coaches, and good Training isnt just laddering whole day and practise 2-3 weeks with few ppl you know before a big offline-Event. Watch Korean Pros just one Day doing real training; focussing on their weaknesses, analysing them with their coaches and try to fix them in teamwork (with coach, with A/B-Teamers that help A-Teamers improve and so on...). SC2 Scene is young, and foreign teams have the chance to keep up with the Korean Powerhouses that will grow even stronger in the near future. But the Chance is near zero if no one takes it serious and everyone is like "Oh jea, Koreans will win 50-60% of all tourneys, there is enough money left for the Players in my team". They will grab it all because they wanna make money, and sooner or later a shitton of stable, strong Korean players will hit the Scene like a bus...

When was he a top player lol? Early release, beta, SC1? ... Gretorp has been really good for a while.

can't wait to see what you bring to the team! and remember to share the love - you'll make the rest of the team jealous if only hwangsin can sit on your lap.
