Actually, I think Complexity is the richest team, throwing their money around everywhere.

But EG>Mouz. When a player from Mouz wins ANYTHING like several MLGs, an NASL, IPLs, etc, we can talk.

If you think that being rich means being in a coma for years and waking up to find you had grossly underestimated sc2 and had to throw money at the problem to buy out 1/3 of a team that was past its glory days (root without kiwikaki/slush/destiny) and then further throw money at the problem to get some big players to come to them then yeah.. sure I guess you could say rich.. But i personally think that they are only spending so much now because they squirreled away money for years when they werent really doing anything and are only now coming back as "complexity", the fact that jason lake himself freely admits that the team was pretty much dead after CGS shows he acknowledges that col hasnt been a top tier team for years. Whereas mouz and eg have always had showings in international events for multiple games for years and have actually grown to the point where they can comfortably afford a big signing in sc2 without having to cut into their budgets for other games too much.

When sk finally gets a sc2 roster of their own I bet people think they are suddenly rich but its really because they fucked up getting a sc2 team for so long that it took them more than a year to fix their books to afford a player worthy of the sk uniform.

I would say that EG is comfortably the richest American team, not too hard considering alot of them died or are shadows of their former selves and Mousesports is probably one of the best in europe. Either way you can be sure that players on those teams are probably some of the best paid in the world and have great job security.

LOL @ EG1.6 > Mouz1.6 xD

Did you ever follow the 1.6 scene?? (in which EU>>>>>>>>>>US)

Of course I followed the scene.
The majority of euro teams > the majority of NA teams.
However, EG 1.6 > Mouz 1.6

Even UMX.us is better than EG
so no mouz is far away ahead

I was referring more to EG in it's prime as EG's current 1.6 team is kinda weak, same with Mouz' current team.
EG with Frod > Mouz
EG with Shaguar > Mouz
EG with Blackpanther < Mouz

Past 3 EG teams were better than the previous 3 Mouz teams.

You obviously don't know shit about cs, in the last three years EG (with and without frod and shaguar) has been considered a free win. They haven't had any impressive placement for years while mouz still take tournaments. Mouz regularly beat sk, fnatic, lions, fx and navi they just aren't consistent. Their lineup with karrigan looks hopeful thou, they've played really well in their two latest tournaments.

We talking about the same Huk?

EGHuk and bad plays shouldn't be in the same sentence.

Why do ppl keep saying EG is getting shit on.

PVP is a coilflip and demuslim didnt even have a computer for a month because of visa problems.

Everybody knows EG has a better roster than mouz.

Lol, no wonder you're banned making a troll post like that. Hasu>HuK. Thorzain>Demuslim. Mouz won the EG masters cup TWICE. EG has the money so they bought Puma and HuK. Sure, they're rich. The richest team. But not even close to the best roster. They have Puma, IdrA and HuK. Mousesports have proven over and over again that they're much much better than EG.

you know, its hard to support you when IdrA, HuK, PuMa have won NASL 1, IEM Cologne, MLG Orlando, Dreamhack Summer, IEM Guangzhao, and ASUS invite all in the past year. Whereas the only big name tournament I know any mouz player has won in the past year was TSL3 by thorzain.

No EG player won Dreamhack Summer. Or NASL for that matter.

You can't buy past results too lol.

Seriously though, you're making me sound like a blind EG fanboy when I'm not, but it speaks to the caliber of players EG has (playing for them). Mouz can't buy or win any big results.

It doesn't matter. It's fine as a general statement but you can't use it as an argument over mouz. This success does NOT belong to EG, caliber notwithstanding.

What? It's totally viable. The skillset of EG > the skillset of Mouz. Mouz has won the Masters Cup twice, proving that when they play for their team they do great, but their players are inferior to EG players.

I guess you talk about HuK, PuMa and IdrA when you mean EG Players And not iNcontroL, Axlav and the other...mhm...can i call them midtier players?

Until you win a gsl you are a mid tier player. As great as mlg foreign lans are beating people who spend 70 out of 96 hours in travel or playing in the middle of a more important tournament is subpar to winning in korea. Maybe huk is a top 10 player based on foreign results, maybe.

You mean lurppis (sp?) I think. CS shouldn't even be a question, mousesports owns EG so hard in that regrad especially when you look at past international results.

I'm inclined to agree. Honestly MLG is the worst tournament ever to use as an indicator of skill - there's so much discomfort, luck and endurance involved that overrides any level of skill and allows almost no preparation. It's a huge mess.

Most foreign tournaments aren't much better, but they're still somewhat better. IPL3 was decent, and NASL has the right idea as well.

You're ranking foreigners only based off GSL wins?

You act as though the only tournament Huk won was an MLG.

IPL3 was decent, and NASL has the right idea as well.

wow, you have some serious issue, MLG is regarded as the best or at least top3 tournament on the international scene, and has the most weight, what is your problem?
