At least both sides were professional about it so as not to cause a shitstorm on the forums. -.- ya seems like it.. damn i was really hoping to see a breakout Sase

especially when both teams are so different skill wise on one side you have the most popular players in the world, MVP/Nestea/Losira and on quantic you have sub par NA players how do you make that work? i watched the fan thing QIM did at providence, and it just seemed weird for the other players of quantic. Everyone clearly came to see the koreans. I dont know if teams consider what a merge does to original roster of the team. it was almost like IM/Sase/Destiny merged, and the rest of quantics roster gets left behind

Most koreans teams already have a friendly team or have the funding to pay for their own players, and international players often use those same relations or stay in the gom house. These partnerships lower the cost for international. Like the major issue with marineking coming over was that the cost was less then projected income, if they formed a partnership this would lower the cost. the only time they "merge" would be a team league.

I can't think of another reason they wouldn't participate. Losira and mvp have always done well in them when they participate. EDIT: this was supposed to be an edit of the above post ![]()
