Check, former WC3 pro, and code S player joined team eSahara.net
CheckPRIME to become eSaharaCheck
TeSt, eSahara.SC2 manager says :
I'm glad Check joining eSahara. As i was a former Warcraft 3 manager, i feel confortable working with ex WC3 pros, it's easier to feel their potential... And trust me, Check has a LOT! We really hope eSahara will lead to accomplished more than he did on The Frozen Throne. Welcome to Check ps: with our SC2 line up, we could win any Warcraft league

Wow, didn't see that coming. So will we be seeing him in more international tournaments because of this?
Didn't see that coming! Good luck to Check I guess.
He doesn't have to feel Check's potential. We can already see it. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out when they're already established players. ._.
Strange statement, but good luck on the roster.
I didn't see that coming to be honest, really nice pickup though for sure. eSahara one of the upcoming teams, i'm curious as to what they are offering check, I thought this is a Europe based team, so this is kind of shocking. gl hf though I like check a lot.
Wow, thats eSahara going to look scary, with naama back in form like it seems, and now check :o
When did Naama go from Virus to esahara?

It made me laugh. He says that like nobody knew about this already.
On a serious note, eSahara definitely has a great line-up. Congratulations to both parties.
Woho! Gratz to both eSahara and Check!
This caught me by surprise.. grats check
Good luck Check, but still the potential thingy made me laugh.
wow, i wonder what made check leave... prime is such a good family it seems
eSahara starts to look really strong with their lineup. Will be interesting to follow how the are going to do.

Agree to disagree. I think Check would would have a 70% win rate against him. Just an opinion.
Grats to Check and eSahara! Loved Check in WC3.
Check is easily better than 95% of the foreigners out there, good pick up!
Welcome Check ! I know hes a good pickup, go esahra!
eSahara getting an amazing addition! Congrats to both Check and eSahara!!
I take it eSahara is an EU team? Never heard of any of them except Satiini.

Nice pick up from eSahara! GL to Check!

So Naama would win every game ^^
wow nice pickup Check rocks !
Really nice to see a relatively small European based team with such a fantastic lineup. Pleased for all concerned.

Great pickup, congratz to both check and eSahara

wait he's in code s right now? anyways good luck check! sorry you haven't been doing so great compared to back then, hopefully stomping some foreigners will get you some confidence

Whaaaaaaaaaaaaat? o.O
So weird. But good luck Check.
Well, I certainly didn't expect this, but congrats to Check and to eSahara!
Check's a handsome Nerd Baller.
FINALLY my first fav z player gets back on a team
this seems to be one of the 5 koreans joining a foreign team FXOBoSs was talking about.
hm they have a pretty good lineup right now i have to admit
if satiini gets a bit more active again and VERDI takes the game seriously i think they could really rise to the top
didn't someone say like 4-5 mkorean or something were going to join other teams in pursuit of a salary? carmac i think ? is check one of those ?
Good luck and congrats to both parties!

For some reason I'm having a hard time getting used to check not being on prime, I dunno check was just one of those players I auto associate with prime. Still best of luck to check and esahara in the future.

Check hasn't been having all that great results in Kr lately so he was probably looking around for foreign opportunities anyways.
The big problem for him is the fact that Koreans now have all these sponsorships with foreign teams (EG/Slayers, FXO, TL/SK/OGS, QIM, etc.) so Check won't really be going to foreign tournaments versus foreigners, he'll be going vs. top Koreans.
Never heard of this team at all! Congrats!

He just felt out of GSL by losing to squirtle 0-2 at round of 48 in Code A. But still nice pickup by eSahara.
Ghhh the choice of eSahara is questionable.... You rarely see them in any na/kor tournaments, so I wouldnt count on him going to many fordign tournaments.

Is it just me or does check look kind of like bieber in the OP's pic? Anyway, hope this works out well for check, I like his play.
As check is better then most foreigners it's an awesome pick-up by eSahara. Hopefully he can bring home some titles for eSahara
Nice pick-up. Good luck to Check!
very nice pick up good luck to check and eSahara in future tournaments !!

Wow. That was completely unexpected, but an awesome pick up for eSahara.
Wow shocking move TBH.
I always liked checks play but it seemed like, for a while, the game had passed him up and he was stuck in his old style. Hopefully he can get back to being a feared player like he was early on.
Nice pickup .... congrats check
gl hf check
Was always very impressed by him playing war3
When he was playing sc2 @ gsl I was a bit less impressed. But still. Good zerg!
Awesome news! I hope they send him to EU and NA tourneys. Great to see how he does.

You and me represent the 95% of the foreigners you know.
Congrats and good luck to Check and team eSahara!
Whenever I think of him I'll always think of Prime though, I will forever remember that Code A intro from GSL July.
good pick up by esahara :o
Very good player but there is a reason his fanbase isnt massive.. he just is not anything out of the ordinary, just another korean who owns shop its a bit hard to get excited for this
I don't think most people know how good Check actually is, it's just too bad he can't perform on the level he is at in practice lately. Excited to have him on the team, gonna learn a lot from him.
GL for the future Check! Always fighting in my heart and memory~
He is a really good player. GL in eSahara
No dammit! He's supposed to join CheckSix!
Wow! I didn't even know about e-sahara until i saw the interviews with naama. Looks good for check!
congrats check is one of the terror of naniwa :p
On November 28 2011 07:23 Mr Showtime wrote: No dammit! He's supposed to join CheckSix!
Sorry :p
Yeah it's kinda hard to get famous ^_^ at elast Naama made a very good pub :p
eSahara is growing lately, Deathangel, Satiini, Naama (who seems to get back in shape now) and now Check. I think they have a good chance, to qualify for the next EGMC (as well as Mill. and aTn and imba and mtw and acer... actually the next european qualifier will be very hard, it is a shame, that they have to do the qualifiers for each region).
This is such a sick pickup! Check is one of the best zergs out there and he will certanly help Deathangel and the guys become even more better. eSahara is starting to look scary imo with Check, Naama and Deathangel.
havent heard of esahara but check is a very nice pickup, him being one of the most entertaining and aggressive zergs i have seen! <3
Cool team, i remember they wanted to get Dimaga, but Check is excellent zerg too ! GL to both parties and to this up and comming team :D
Quite a solid lineup from a team that doesn't get any of the spotlight.
oh wow, cool, great to see even more koreans joining foreign teams
wow um, interesting acquisition, definitely excited to see how the team grows in team leagues
GL to check. eShara has a decent line up now.
if only check would join x6
ps: with our SC2 line up, we could win any Warcraft league
That's certainly one way to manage a team.
GL Check and eSahara!
NICE - eSahara is building an impressive (ex-wc3-player) roster!
Congrats he is a great player
naama seems to be team hopping a lot. hopefully he stands his ground soon as this kind of thing could possibly affect his play
aRirang can take on eSahara.. I think I need to talk to TeSt
On November 28 2011 09:13 Champi wrote: naama seems to be team hopping a lot. hopefully he stands his ground soon as this kind of thing could possibly affect his play
Team hopping? Really? He was on mouz a year ago but transfered to virus because he thought he would fit better under a finish organization (naama is finish). He stayed under virus for 9 months where he didn't get his salary payed and wasn't sent to any lan and left a month before the organization closed its doors. He then joined esahara. That shouldn't even count as a transfer since they went our of business he was forced to change! So sort of he has really only done a single transfer in 1 1/2 year. If u call this clan hopping then you might aswell start calling 50% of the professional players clanhoppers.
On November 28 2011 04:50 poorcloud wrote: Check is easily better than 95% of the foreigners out there, good pick up!
Completely true. And he's capable of beating everyone, so that's a great add.

Naama was also on fightline before he hopped to esahara.

GL to CHECK! Gotta root for all the former wc3 players!!!

I only see two good ex-Wc3 players in that team. Who else other than Check and Satiini? :S

On "talented line up" we have Cash and Ack1y, russian players : )
Looks like somebody is missing a protoss. I always liked check to be honest. Have the impression he's a wise zerg player
That's really cool for eSahara. I haven't heard much from them at all (other than the fact that Naama was on there team), but it's cool that they picked up Check. Good luck to both Check and eSahara!
Check is easily code S level, has shown that a number of times. Anyone who doubts his potential probably hasn't even seen him play
Interesting team switch, but I hope he enjoys his new team!
More korean players joining foreign teams. Good thing in my book.
this is like sase joining QxG before they partnered with IM. except worse for check than it was with sase cuz of IM.
Grats! It still confuses me how this guy is called cArn, seeing as there already is cArn in fnatic's Counter Strike team.
Glad to see Check picked up. Interested to see if he does better in the future
Wait, is he even any good? I'll have to go "check" his achievements.
Is it just me or is eSahara's lineup starting to look pretty scary?
I didnt know naama was on this team till now, was that recent too?
Is it terrible for me to say I'd rather see these guys try to own in WC3? That was a fun game to observe. Anyhow, congrats, Check.
congrats to esahara , pretty sick pickup !
Pretty sure TyLoo and PanDa would like to have some words with this guy for that last comment ;D
Oh, well this is cool! Good thing he doesn't retire, like some people were speculating.
first tournament as eSahara players, he make top3 at 1k$ playhem cup, deafeating Noblesse 3-0 : D
Check will be their best player by far but best of luck to him.
There is still the question of sustainability of the expenses that remains to be seen for eSahara.
I keep confusing Check and Zenio, but this is good news
Im really happy about Check! Congrats eSahara !
eSahara has a good team, wow.
Props to their manager for snagging so many good players.
Naama and Check are gonna be the aces. I can see this up and coming team doing really well in team leagues
congrats to check, great player but hasnt really shown great results yet
glad to see he isn't going into the army just yet
