Your theory does have some merit, I just wanted to hear it. I can see why that would make sense, and it's not totally out of the question either. I kind of have to question whether being a pro is right for someone if being paid to do something doesn't motivate them sufficiently to at least keep up with the current trends and skills. Maybe not having the money will make him hungrier, but what happens once you need the money again and join a team? Will he just fall back into the same old bad habits and become lazy again? If I was involved with a team then that previous post from TT1 would make me question whether it'd be worth talking to him about joining the team. | ||
