Lol guys you need to wake up and think about your life srsly You go on a Starcraft forum and post this in the dream thread? You are nobody to talk for all I know, however I trust it's best to hear what's so great about YOUR life. After all, the "pathetic" nerds in this thread could benefit from knowing, right? Example: inherit a classic car and go cruising around Palm Springs, it's a ton of fun! Spoiler because it's long + Show Spoiler + ... Well, I do that! Why can't you? Ohhhh.... Because not all people are the same? Not all people have the same opportunity? This is where I can wind up crapping on people real quick with the whole "get a life" deal. And it's almost always unfair coming from me. But then, it's almost always unfair anyway, isn't it? So I think you should do as I do: refrain from going on activity forums and telling people who are WAY more into it than you to get a life. It's dumb to go on a chevy forum and say ford is just as good, get a life. It is worse to go on a Starcraft forum and say any level of devotion strong enough to influence dreaming is lifeless in the wacky dreams thread. I don't know what you enjoy, but let's just say you are a great snow skier at Aspen. That's great! I hope you tear up the triple black slopes! Guess what? Although I love skiing, i will never be great at it or be able to do it much as it doesn't snow in Palm springs and big bear is not quite Aspen. So how can you tell me to get a life through the computer? You know nothing about me. Same goes for the folks in his thread. On topic: dreamt of arguing with my brother, one of his points was that I even suck at starcraft so he is therefore better than me in every way. Yes we're vicious rivals. I have a ford fairlane, he had a dodge challenger. The list went on. He couldn't prove it and it became irrelevant when I mentioned our older brother who can slam us both at starcraft, makes more money than us combined, might not be as strong as us (well, debatably stronger than me) but still, owns a corvette. The oldest brother always wins until someone hits 80, and guess who'se gonna be there before me? Edit: 1: above looks angry lol. I'm not mad or scolding, just chastising. 2. Saw the I see what you did there and props for cleverness, ignore this one if that's all you meant :p

Awaken, I'm falling asleep again this morning, which is a bad thing not because I'll be late at work, but rather because there's a scanned DT chasing my probe and I have to get rid of him quickly! At least these thoughts are much more pleasant than poker-related ones -.-

The dream begins with me enrolled in an all-girl high school. It must have been the day of some sort of school festival because I see some girls in their uniforms and others dressed in anime cosplay. Some of them were doing strange things like running along the walls like ninjas. I even decide to try it out and succeed. But after doing more walking around, my eyes see something even stranger: an overweight 18-19 year old boy dressed in black sitting on a chair, submachine gun in hand, pointing it at a trio of japanese girls across from him. No one seems to notice the big guy dressed in black holding a gun in plain sight of everyone, so I decide to confront him about it. I conclude that he's some sort of young mobster doing a hit on the three girls. When I look at him face to face I see that he resembles a young Sheth. He looks very hesitant to shoot the girls (being the 'nicest guy' he is and all) and it's clear that he knows what he's doing is wrong. I take the opportunity to snatch the gun out of his hands and shoot him repeatedly in his body and face. For some odd reason young Hitman Sheth doesn't bleed or even flinch at the bullets, but the look on his face is pained and annoyed with me. Still holding the gun, I slap him in the face with it. Then I drop it and slap his face with my own hand. Nothing seems to phase him in the slightest, and only responds by saying he wants to challenge me in a game of Starcraft 2. Even though I don't know the conditions of what happens if either of us win or lose, I accept. The dream transforms into a game screen with Hitman Sheth playing Zerg and me playing Terran (which I don't even play often). The map is a strange one, split between an outdoor section and an indoor cave that resembles the one in the Wings of Liberty campaign where you play as Zeratul. I start at the outdoor section while Sheth starts inside the cave. For my first move I scout his main with a giant changeling in goo form (don't ask) and break into his main. The changeling has high HP so I'm able to tank a lot of damage and slowly break down his tech structures one by one. He sends two massive changelings (a red and a green one) to kill mine. Since I feel like I'm way ahead in this game, I tell Sheth in chat that I'm only going to make marines for the rest of the match, which I do and he responds 'Alright'. Little do I know is that outside the cave, he somehow managed to make Ultralisks in less than 10 minutes without as much as an Ultralisk cavern. All my bases are ravaged and the marines I've queued up are chopped up in an instant. Other names appear in chat (they must be Sheth's mobster friends spectating) and bm me telling me to leave the game. I leave the game and the next one begins (this was apparently a best of 3). The next match begins on a square shaped platform. Me and Sheth have two zerglings each and nothing else. Not knowing what else to do I send mine to attack his which die instantly. Another two zerglings spawn for Sheth along with a Felhunter from World of Warcraft (which up until now never realized how similar they look). Two dragons appear on the map and begin breathing fire on our units. I do my best to avoid the fire, but the fire also makes it difficult to see where the enemy zerglings are and near impossible to differentiate which zerglings are mine or Sheth's. I attack at random and manage to kill his with a bit of luck. Two zerglings and a queen spawn for Sheth shortly after. I start to realize that this strange survival game mode is divided into both players having 'waves' of units. When the first wave dies, the next is sent out. The first three waves are Zerg units, then three waves of Terran, three waves of Protoss, and finally a Xelnaga. To make killing each other's units harder, hostile npcs units attack both of us and get in our way. Pretty soon the entire map is full of npc marines with guns blazing shooting Sheth and I. I'm outplaying Sheth in this mode because I have two marines on the map while he's on his last 'wave', a lone Xelnaga. I notice that marines have a 'Kick' command in this mode, which I use to my advantage kicking npc marines off the platform out of my way and finally Sheth's last unit. The score is now tied 1-1. Our final game is played as a 2d side scrolling boat racing game (don't ask), both of us controlling a yacht filled with male and female Terran units wearing swimsuits and tourist clothes. Neither of us know the controls but I figure it out sooner. I make a marauder on my yacht pick up a giant harpoon and throw it at Sheth's yacht causing it to explode and burst into flame. I somehow make my yacht gain a power boost, turning it red as it zips across the finish line. I win the series 2-1, Hitman Sheth is thrown into a police car and I save the day. The girls of the high school call me their hero and treat me to some kind of italian all you can eat buffet. I must have worked up quite an appetite playing those games because I ate near endless amounts of italian pasta, lasagna, chicken parmesan, burgers, turkey burgers, meat-stuffed calzones, candy apples, and all sorts of other stuff I can't remember. When that wasn't enough I started eating off the plates of patrons of the restaurant, one of which resembled a young Harrison Ford. I woke up shortly after, from the craziest starcraft dream I ever had.

. I also remember talking with idra and reminiscing about times we played other games together that I was actually good at (obviously this is all fake and my brain imagined that Idra used to play CS 1.6 and VS with me). Needless to say it was a very bitter sweet dream. On one hand I got to live my dream for a short time while I was sleeping, but at the same time it was slipping away because apparently I hadn't been smart enough to practice hard or take my time very seriously.
