Gonna be awsome but abit sad there is no MC, HuK, Nestea :p With the time in Korea, Naniwa could beast it, maybe. But I don't think Idra will be getting his head out of his ass any time soon* enough to actually win anything, and I don't think Puma can top players like MVP *maybe my language is too rough, too rude, but... "lol' and "go fuck yourself" from losing to a DT rush (this was from a couple days ago)? I'd hoped that maybe his attitude had improved since Beta, but he'll never truly succeed until... I don't know. I just know he ain't no DongRaeGu. That's why I'd say Sheth and Kiwi have a much better shot at NA
What was that game and who was he up against? :o

lols. EU and Korea lineups are stacked, should be some awesome games. NA...not so much. Us American types aren't good at games. After all, Koreans own white dudes.

I feel like the invites for the online tournament are really not accurate, to many swedish players for EU, i would have rather see Stephano instead of Haypro...and is there nobody else to invite rather than iNcontrol for US ?

IdrA, Mvp, and Sjow to take these events easily. Glad it was split up into regions and not another mini international tournament. Hopefully these games will be played on regional servers and not forced onto NA. Also, I hope MLG provides some sick casting/coverage for these events. Looking forward to this and the GOMTV AoL tournament too! And yes. Stupid Sweden rules EU according to MLG. I wish they had invited one player per country in EU. Have a Swedish mini qualifier if necessary.

EG team league, versus minigun maybe? I don't remember

Whoa Destiny is invited! Hope him the best of luck

NA looks so weak in comparison

I agree, I personally would have invited Trimaster and Huk instead of Incontrol and Destiny, but they either declined their invites (more likely Huk's case) or name value was greatly considered over skill (Trimaster's case).

guess no nestea because he won't do online tournaments :/. Also because he's already invited to providence!!! :D...right?...RIGHT?!! ;;

NA gonna get raped. Out of curiosity who are the best in NA? Sadly even Idra isn't really a global contender any more, and he's probably the best non-Huk player to come from NA. hmm, the best in NA are Idra, Huk, Slush, Kiwikaki, Sheth, Cruncher, Drewbie, qxc and if you count Demuslim then him too. even though Trimaster has only done well in 1 tournament he's been owning people for a few months now, it's just hard to get through open bracket of MLG and he even did that. there's like 6 people there that should've been invited over Tyler/Incontrol/Destiny at least. EU is still stronger in general but it's kind of disappointing, the invites we have Jesus Christ you don't event count SeleCT the guy who fucking won Bnet invitation for NA??? i had select but i editted the post to make it smaller and he got taken out accidentally, straighten out your panties and don't get so worked up bro I'm not going to read through 12 pages of posts.
i didn't reply to you. you obviously didn't read the conversation either, did you notice your name in any of the replies? peterblue asked who is the best in NA, i said a bunch of people and editted out select on accident. random guy cried about how everyone forgets about select, i sarcastically apologize. where in that did i mention "by the way, i was talking to remotecntrld, hope he read the entire thread" or anything that would imply you needed to read 12 pages of posts?

How the fuck is Incontrol on everything ? This is a joke, there are TONS of players better than him and performing better than him. His 3rd place at Dallas will make him millions.
It's just stupid.

A bit sad that we have 5/8 terrans in the Korean division, would have liked to see MC/DRG/Nestea etc, but I guess we can't have everything
|
Thorzain vs Naniwa in 2nd round makes me cry.
|
Very cool! Not sure why iNcontroL is still being selected for these things but oh well. Should be a fantastic event.
|
where is MC, Puzzle, Nestea and even POLTTTT(lol) ?

Name value and popularity can do wonders

I'm not complaining nor do I assume the other players could have made it. But Im truley waiting for an "ALL STAR MATCH" from around teh world.
Imagine seeing nestea, huk, diamaga, morrow stephano. Soo many great players. Its obvious north america has the weakets players. but this could be the tournament IdRA GOES beast mode, which is always a possibility. If that happens we could see greta games. Any way korean line up is just devestating soooo well rounded with races, and all so unique and devestating.
Lets go!! Kortea!!!!

Not hating or anything, but why do they keep inviting INControl to MLG?? I don't agree with that, he has shown that he is clearly nowhere near the level of players that play at MLG or any other big tournament. I mean his only official wins in the past..what...6 months? have been a combination of couple all-in builds. Last MLG did he even win a single match? and in the NASL he has gotten 5-0d too.
Again, this is not hating on him personally, but I just think NA has much better to offer in his place, specially since Koreans have been dominating the past MLGs, and NA is desperate to take something from them, at least in the local tournaments. Inviting players like INcontrol just because they are popular icons in the community doesn't help at all to the cause.

Wow, 3 round 1 dream matches in KR bracket. Two monster TvTs and Hero vs Losira :O

He's invited because of his ranking and regardless of very recent results, he is an excellent, smart, respected player that produces entertaining games. It's funny that you comment on Incontrol and not Destiny, whom I feel is just a spectacle for esports and not a true professional so I feel like you are hating.
