To name the most recent, 1st on the NA GM, placed as the 3rd highest EG member at MLG Raleigh beating guys like Trickster in on the main stage, qualifying with IdrA for the China IEM by outplaying Fnatic Rain. You dont have to like him but those results aren't "nothing." | ||

DeMusliM is probably the best player currently living in North America after Rain. SeleCT is a contender as well, but... yeah. He's pretty damn good.. | ||

Pretty sure beating Trickster (previously a code S status player, as of today is code A) in a Bo3 on the main stage at an MLG makes him a little bit better than completely off the map. Placing better than Idra at the very same MLG makes him way more than "above average" in the foreign scene. Not to mention he did all this coming from the open bracket, and unlike Trickster and Idra had to work his way to the championship bracket losing finally to Nada who went on to beat Puma. Downplay him all you want, but he's darn good to anyone who actually pays attention to the scene. | ||

If you don't think placing 14th at MLG and qualifying for IEM China are "good results" then that's that. And by Korean standards do you mean code S level? Not many foreigners are code S level to begin with (its pretty much just Huk right now). Hes arguably Code A right now, beating Trickster and losing a close series against Nada. | ||

Man, usually I would not say anything here, but I thin DeMuslim is one of the nicest people there are and awesome to boot and your defense of your ignorant attack on his playing quality merits at least a little response. Let us just check his history a bit. Oh, he broke his wrist. So he basically, for 3 months or the like, did not play any competitive Starcraft. That should put a dent in anyone' skill. Before his injury, he was one of the baddest ass Terrans in Europe taking third at IEM. Now he ran through the Open bracket and winning against big names like Tester, Ret, and TLO. He is tearing it up for EG in all the team matches and beat Rain to qualify for IEM. Not bad for someone who had his wrist broken and missed a large quantity of LAN's he otherwise would have played in. I don't know who you think is good, maybe all you like to do is fairweather the top Koreans of a time, but as far as awesome foreigners go DeMuslim is one of them. He has so much skill and is just now catching up. You snort at 14th at MLG but that comes in ahead of people like Sheth and IdrA, and the Korean seeded Trickster. Maybe he is not S class, but he is better than most people, and I would definitely think he is good. | ||
