The really tragic thing is that people are willing to shit on MajOr at the first provocation without any real knowledge of the situation. Especially when they apparently have an auto bidder to come around and rebid on cheap auctions. And yes it is people should read his post, the guy wants to improve first and foremost as a player good mindset to have. He wants a free ticket to Korea. One that he never earned or was entitled to. Well im pretty sure he joined the team under the pretence that he would be sent to korea eventually. Although i dont agree with his actions i can understand where he is coming from, Sixjax keeps saying they are about to secure a deal and it keeps falling through so Major takes the initiative to find a team to let him stay at their training house and Sixjax still says no, all he needed was a plain ride , food and board would have been provided by NSHS. If major wasnt so young he should have done the smart thing and tried to make sure he got something in his contract saying that they would send him to korea in the coming months, regardless though he breached his contract with a few (minor id say) misconducts so they have every right to deny him the requests (even if they promised it to him) and give him the boot. Maybe Artosis knows something about NSHS that Major doesn't. Maybe Sixjax knows that there are other teams that would be wiling partners, but they are doing they're due diligence and trying to create a partnership with the best team possible. Maybe they are trying to find room and board not just for one selfish person, but their whole team. There's possibly a lot of good reasons why Sixjax is taking "so long" to form a complex business deal with a foreign team. Of course, I've pretty sure it's been less than six months. You seem to have a lot a faith in Sixjax. Let me repeat myself. Their entire business model is a scam.
Feel free to elaborate, sir.
I freely admit that I don't know anything about sixjax. But I do know enough about business to know that developing a partnership with another business doesn't happen overnight, or even 3 to 4 months.
And quite frankly, Major has a reputation.

Well, being the best LA player and winning the blizzcon qualifier i would say is a way of showing that he has earned it. Why don't you and everyone else around here who thinks that he is "entitled" to a free ticket to Korea go ahead and buy him one then? Seriously, some of you act as if SixJax were "obliged" to finance him a Korea-trip.
Well if that's what SJG agreed to when they signed Major, then yea there obliged to fund the Korea-trip. If what Major is saying is true then SJG doesn't seem to be supporting there players that well anyway. Major is probably better off trying to find a new team.

Not sure why sixjax never bothered to send their players to MLG, which clearly frustrated MajOr, maybe felt like he wasn't part of a professional team and got no feedback from them.

I saw this coming because he had no team tag in the showmatch last night, but after not seeing him at MLG Anaheim when he could obviously be a great representative of their team, his side of things seems quite truthful. Hopefully Maj0r will find a team that will support him in Korea as he is obviously a great player, and I do believe that as long as he is stimulated he won't act out, NA only has so many players of his caliber that it doesn't offer as much as Korea.

so, what exactly was the major wbc incident? I can't find anything about it anywhere... :-/

It is pretty unfair to blame Maj0r for releasing intern politics and to call him unprofessional. When His team releases a statement that is onesided and not correct, he has every right to go public and correct the wrong point.

Would also like to know about the WBC incident,

I wish major luck on finding a new team and going to Korea. Well, hard to say was there any official promises made or not when we haven't heard SixJax's side of it. One thing is obvious: Major had an expectation from Sixjax that they would. There's only two ways this can turn out: 1) Sixjax did promise as much. Then they reneged, and Major decided to part ways with the team as a result. 2) Sixjax didn't "officially" promise as much. Despite this, Major had the expectation that they would. When it became clear otherwise, he decided to part ways with the team. In either scenario, Major made an appropriate decision.
This so many times. Either SJG didnt keep their promise or there was a miscommunication between the involved parties (which sounds strange because they tried to send him to IM & TSL). And they only had to send him to Korea (he organized everything else) which they would've needed to pay too, when the IM & TSL deals would've went through. But when you realize there's a miscommunication or they're not able to fulfill the promise you quit. Simple as that. You dont stay with your employer just because he's such a nice guy. Work-contracts are a buisness, you quit when you're not satisfied (or get fire if your employer is not satisfied).
Of course this doesnt excuse the SEA incident (and other stuff - but I dont know about that^^).
But maybe a Korean team (with a stern coach) is actually the best for him to basically grow up.

Your proper spelling punctuation and spelling doesn't change the fact that you are posting garbage. No one cares how old you are and no one cares that you can spell and frankly anyone intelligent doesn't really care that major is fluently typing in English.
On-topic: I love Artosis and believe he has the best intentions but that doesn't mean it's fair to just tear apart Major immediately after his release from Sixjax, he clearly feels that he is a good player and wasn't getting supported sufficiently on the team he was on, he therefore chose to seek support elsewhere. Good for him.

Speaking in generalities, it's just not good to be consistently considered immature and unprofessional by multiple, independent sources. If you really aren't these things, then you won't be in a position to defend yourself.
Unless you flat out kick ass at the highest level, don't expect to ever get an opportunity in a close decision. Word travels and reputations stick, and mainly because they're reinforced.

The thing that overshadows all of this is he is an extremely good player.
The underlying problem is that when a team is hunting for sponsors or looking for external revenue, a player such as Major creates a bad image.
Although Starcraft players and viewers are able to seperate the two, businesses cannot. I think to understand what I mean, you really need to pitch the starcraft concept to people who know absolutely nothing about starcraft or e-sports. When they see such a player, they potentially will say no. Its bad for the sustainability of business.
Now some companies may like that type of PR, and some may not. Personally, with a player like Major on my roster, I could see myself having alot more trouble obtaining financial support from sponsors and partners, even though he is extremely good at the game.
I really hope he can fix his ways and move forward and hopefully get to Korea.
Good luck Juan.
qft
Also, few people would say he acted like a dick towards them when they met him in person. Sadly people like him have a tendency, as most young peole involved in gaming; to be smucks online, but quite neutraly behaving in real life while on the internet, it`s another story.
So how he behaved towards someone at an MLG or w/e hardly counts for anything, my thoughts
