Good news, your are not a professional player is you can't be professional. Maj0r should should think long and hard about what he is doing, personally I would not miss him for a second if he disappeared from SC2 altogether.

Especially when they apparently have an auto bidder to come around and rebid on cheap auctions. And yes it is people should read his post, the guy wants to improve first and foremost as a player good mindset to have. He wants a free ticket to Korea. One that he never earned or was entitled to. Well im pretty sure he joined the team under the pretence that he would be sent to korea eventually. Although i dont agree with his actions i can understand where he is coming from, Sixjax keeps saying they are about to secure a deal and it keeps falling through so Major takes the initiative to find a team to let him stay at their training house and Sixjax still says no, all he needed was a plain ride , food and board would have been provided by NSHS. If major wasnt so young he should have done the smart thing and tried to make sure he got something in his contract saying that they would send him to korea in the coming months, regardless though he breached his contract with a few (minor id say) misconducts so they have every right to deny him the requests (even if they promised it to him) and give him the boot. Maybe Artosis knows something about NSHS that Major doesn't. Maybe Sixjax knows that there are other teams that would be wiling partners, but they are doing they're due diligence and trying to create a partnership with the best team possible. Maybe they are trying to find room and board not just for one selfish person, but their whole team. There's possibly a lot of good reasons why Sixjax is taking "so long" to form a complex business deal with a foreign team. Of course, I've pretty sure it's been less than six months.
You seem to have a lot a faith in Sixjax.
Let me repeat myself. Their entire business model is a scam.

I wish major luck on finding a new team and going to Korea. Well, hard to say was there any official promises made or not when we haven't heard SixJax's side of it. I have no doubt in my mind, that although it may not have been in the contract (it may have been though and his few codes of misconduct allowed them to break their end of the contract) that was certainly part of the reason he joined the team, especially with artosis being in korea i think he thought for sure artosis would work hard to get him out there (as artosis has tried before)
So whether it was verbal or in the contract (the more i think about it, it was probably even in the contract and after he started demanding it to be uphold they let him go based on the few incidents hes had) im sure ther was defintely talk of sending him to korea, it has always been known that , that is where he wants to be.

Huh? Where can I view this business plan of theirs? Do they trick you into selling soap or something?

Good for you Major. You're easily the best NA player and deserve so much more than Sixjax's empy promises.

Major's response seems pretty believable, fishing around for teams for a while and doesnt get anything and then doesnt get sent to MLG either because the boss is "busy" then leaves the team and sixjax tries to save face by saying they kicked him out. But this seems to have happened a few times. Him leaving root was pretty reasonable as well since root wasnt going to be a proteam that could support its players anytime soon. Sixjax could be the next team after vvv that has to scale back its support for players as well.
I honestly couldnt care if he smurfs in sea tourneys or if he bm's people ingame or irl, if he has the guts now to travel to korea with his own money and take a chance at going pro then I will be fan.

Well, you can't blame Major for trying to defend himself, since the automatic response on this thread was 'get it together major', 'I knew this would happen to major', and 'that kid needs to fix his attitude'...etc. By his side of things, it seems like Sixjax made some promises, and then despite their best efforts, couldn't deliver. I don't really know why they would refuse him even after he found a team by himself, but you can understand why that would frustrate Major. That coupled with the fact that he also was cold-shouldered by management on why no-one was sent to MLG Raleigh, meant something was definitely not right.
Now, I can understand Major's history in BW & SC2 influencing people to see him in a negative light, but that doesn't mean he should just be written off and get no say in the matter. He feels like he was let down by Sixjax, and wanted to air his side of things. So, before you start shitting on the guy, just try to be a little less biased.

Business model of sponsor =/= team management.
Possibly related, but I'm pretty sure they have enough money to hire 2 different guys.

Both SJ and Major are trying to be the dumpee. I can imagine the situation:
SJ: "I'm fed up with your shit Juan, you're fired!" Major: "NO, I QUIT!"

Looking at this situation with SJ and Major with the limited information we have available there are only a few conclusions which can be drawn. Either Major has recently commited some terrible act which would force SJ to terminate and we are not fully informed about it. Or, Major is aware that he is too large a talent to be benched by a team not having the resources to send him to domestic tournaments never mind Korea.
Honestly if a team cant even send one representative to a large tournament like MLG then they are not a legitimate professional team unless there are some extenuating circumstances. Agreed, the fact that they didnt even send their players to MLG leads me to beleive that Major probably wanted to leave more then him being released. Clearly if they dont have the funds to send their players to MLG then they certainly arent going to send their players to korea.
I think Sixjax was probably breaching their contract with major as well and so they used his incidents as an excuse to let him go. Clearly this is speculation but I wouldnt put it past them.
Cant beleive they didnt send their players to MLG especially since artosis was there, it would have been a great opportunity for the players to meet with their coach.
Next announcement is , artosis leaves Sixjax, calling it

I met Major at MLG Columbus, and although immature, he is alot nicer in real life than online.
The thing that overshadows all of this is he is an extremely good player.
The underlying problem is that when a team is hunting for sponsors or looking for external revenue, a player such as Major creates a bad image.
Although Starcraft players and viewers are able to seperate the two, businesses cannot. I think to understand what I mean, you really need to pitch the starcraft concept to people who know absolutely nothing about starcraft or e-sports. When they see such a player, they potentially will say no. Its bad for the sustainability of business.
Now some companies may like that type of PR, and some may not. Personally, with a player like Major on my roster, I could see myself having alot more trouble obtaining financial support from sponsors and partners, even though he is extremely good at the game.
I really hope he can fix his ways and move forward and hopefully get to Korea.
Good luck Juan.

I think your need to defend yourself by airing out the internal affairs of your employer pretty much encapsulates exactly why you're not on their employee anymore. haha thats funny, this is almost exactly what major did when we gave him the boot out of ROOT Exactly.
The most important lesson to take away from all this is that major is absolute not to blame and it's all the team's fault.
Again.
Every time.
