The lvl2 team league is quite a big step up, or at least it was for me.. and i'd been constantly placing top 4 in Lvl1. Nice winnings though, this time of day is awesome for the team leagues.
The biggest bonus with team leagues in my opinion, is that because the winnings aren't counted between the players, they only ask for basic salary when the contracts due for renewal.

Idd, i imagine that i'm going to fall off for a while once i get promoted, but i still have about 6000 XP left before promotion to earn money. Also extended my prodigy's contract for $9/day for another like 20. Hopefully i'll be winning big time soon.

This game gets worse for me everytime I play!
My second best player has been stuck on a 3hr flight to Africa for about the last 13 hours. One ended up in Europe instead of Africa because I misclicked and now I signed with the wrong sponsor and got -1 to my micro skill

Is there a place I can find how much popularity I need for each of the lvl 3 sponsors? I am going to level up soon and I don't want to be stuck with a bad one like I was for lvl 2 sponsors

I've looked the FAQ page over dozens of times and it doesn't seem to say specifics. There used to be a link to sponsors, but that link never worked and was removed.

Picked 2 trainees from the market which had 1650 ELO and decent stats and high dedication and now 1 is at 1900 ELO and other at 2k :D

I've set him up with a trainee that has 9.5 dedication and 6.7 endurance. 2 stats training on dedication and 1 on endurance. This guy is going to become a beast in a week or so :D

I've bought my players from the level 2 market

The Server is so ridiculous. You need to bid 15min before the end of a auction, because of serverlag and most of the time it doesn't matter. The Server is down like 80% of the time. RIDICULOUS!
