also to everyone who calls him fat, i say this, last years worlds strongest man weighed in at 375 lbs, and not a single competator weighs less than that, and none of them have the build of a bodybuilder. i would like to know how much INC weighs for comparative purposes, since last years winner benches less than double his body weight.

I'm thinking about getting lasik but I'm only 21 and haven't done much research on it, but I have heard the 25+ rule before but I don't know why. Well, since my mother language isn't English, its really hard to explain what i know/have heard. I'm not an eye doctor or optician myself, but what i have heard from my father and his colleagues who are opticians, it has something to do with your vision and refractive error still developing(getting better or worse. Dunno if the word developing is the right word to describe what i mean..) or similar to that. I've been thinking about getting lasik my self, but what i found out it's just better to wait till you are 24-25 or older when your vision is somewhat "stable". I suggest you to go see an eye doctor or optician. They should know exactly the reason and tell if its worth it. e. ah Bear4188 said it pretty well i guess(previous page). But yeah.

I think people call him fat because compared to the average person, weight lifters are "fat." You won't be able to change their minds. I was shocked to see Idra actually get 205 though, he can easily go up to. Looks like I need to get back to the gym.

And that is some serious weight incontrol is throwing around. Idra cheated a bit with the arched back, but 205 is very respectable for someone of his build. these videos legitimately made me like EG more He didn't cheat with an arched back, that is how you perform it. However, the weight didn't touch his chest, so he cheated a bit with that. Would like to know the weight of the individual before the lift, as a way to properly gauge their strenght. Incontrol had a very nice lift. The one tho lifted second, also cheated a bit by bouncing the weight on his chest, but still an okay technique.

Durp, 1 rep means very little especially when you have poor form. Greg could seriously injure himself by doing that shit. Might want to do a dead lift with all that weight instead. Proper form is key in any lifting you do. Meh, what do I care. It's his body.

That high of a body fat percentage doesn't mean he's skinny lol. He's obviously very strong too. Putting up that kind of weight obviously takes a pretty sizable amount of muscle. Being strong does not mean that you aren't fat though. If he actually lost some weight and maintained his current muscle mass he would be a scary looking dude.

Having body fat to support your giant muscles is not unhealthy though, the term "fat" cannot be used as an insult in that sense.

I don't think the person tabulating the weights can count right. By that video, Idra's got two 45-lb plates and two 30 lb plates. So unless that's a 55 lb bar, I can't tell how accurate those numbers are. Not saying as a hater, just as someone who's worked as a personal trainer...

![]() Cool videos and props to Idra, 205 is definitely respectable! Edit: This kinda motivates me to get back to that strength, it's been awhile since I could bench 200 lbs!
