As a guy from Toronto that recently spent a week in New York, they are NOTHING alike.

New York Kicks Ass.

Don't listen to this guy, Toronto and NYC have a lot in common. For starters, they are both the most populous cities in their respective nations, both serve as financial hubs, with an amazing selection of places to eat... both cities are multi cultural.... heck Toronto used to be called "york"
some more similarities:

new york has central park, toronto has high park...
i can find a lot more simlarities than differences between the two ports...

staten island ferry = toronto island ferry
our entertainment sector compares to new york.... seriously i dunno what this guys going on about when he says "they are NOTHING alike" wake up bud... i was born in toronto, spent the better part of my life here, and yes, i've been to new york numerous times.

the few differences that i seen:
NYC's transit system is better than Toronto's, mainly because it runs 24 hours a day.
From my experience, people tend to be a little friendlier in New York.
And of course, rent is a lot more expensive in New York, especially in upper Manhattan.
Oh, and New York has way more museums. It's crazy there, they have a museum for everything lol..

The way I see it, Toronto is like New York, just a little behind in every category, but not that far. Just like in New York, if you have the money, you can get anything you want in Toronto, from the finest of hookers to the most potent of herbs.

I have a good friend in Brooklyn, and he's seeing a girl here in Toronto.. He tells me that he likes Toronto more, so I guess it's like they say, the grass is always greener on the other side.

Lol no.
Don't even insult New York by comparing it to Toronto. As a Canadian, I can say that New York is definitely a different place entirely. It's a way better city, a lot more fun, way better nightlife, WAY better food and truly the center of finance. When you think "Financial Hubs", you think New York, London, Tokyo, and MAYBE Hong Kong / Shanghai. Toronto never comes up, sorry. Finance in Canada is where you go if you want to kill your finance career.

Toronto is "just another big city" if you can even call it that, with 5M people in the GTA compared to 16-18M in New York and surrounding boroughs.

new york also has a pretty awful undercity. but okay, if you wanna only talk about the good parts of new york that's cool too.

I live in NYC for most of my life and I can tell you the undercity is a joke except for maybe Redhook in Brooklyn. Seriously, it has a surprisingly low crime rate for a big city.

wow, I am eager to see his improvement in Korea. also, I wonder if he participates in the code A qualifiers. Well, they are tomorrow and he is probably jetlagged and still not up to par. but it is worth a try.

Does Drewbie get a Code A spot? Seeing as he isn't listed as playing in the Code A qualifiers I would think so.

No, he didn't. The list of people trying isn't the whole list, as it doesn't include Jinro and cArn, who have both said they're trying.

Did you read the OP at all? He's there to train for MLG Orlando with MVP in their team house. It didn't say anything about him trying out for Code A.

Let's please not keep talking along the lines of "My city rules!" Yes, you think that otherwise you probably wouldn't plan to live there much longer brother. I live in KTown and it's pretty nice and quiet. And Montreal's a good place to be, but an awful place to drive in. <3
