yea who the hell talks about april statistics when we're only a third of the way through the month. Anyway, I trust aligulac best.

We don't, but likewise, who talks about march when it was only roughly 2 weeks of tournament play and aligulac is known to not include all games in their database?

Their database is more complete than even TLPD according to an article published in february of this year.

But their database roughly ignores 30% of all the matches in the liquipedia database. You are comparing one inaccurate statistic with another one, what's the point?

Can you give a source for that "ignoring 30%?" Where did you get the number 30%?

It's actually a little bit more than that even.
The total amount of non-mirror matches played in GSL this season (ignoring up and downs since they were played in Wings) is 359 non-mirrors. Aligulac only has roughly 230 of these matches in their database. So they have missed roughly 35% of all matches.

That's still being updated regularly. It's like that for every current tournaments. Even TLPD sometimes takes weeks to update fully on current events.
Weak sauce argument.

And the statistics I posted are updated in real time and include all games played in the respective tournaments. How is it a weak sauce argument when you are relying on statistics that are either terribly inaccurate or incomplete and I rely on statistics that include every single game that was played over the course of the last 2 weeks.
Explain it to me.
And again you are comparing aligulac and TLPD, both are inaccurate and incomplete databases. It's a meaningless comparison. One is bad and the other is worse.

Code s showing that the metagame needs more time. All of a sudden zergs are enjoying their zvts again with crisp aggressive plays!
|
Haha Zerg players... And Terran will probably still get nerfed nonetheless, Blizzard listens to their most important customers.
|
Well, my gut still tells me imbalance in TvZ, but you have to respect the results at the highest level (even if bomber, mkp and fantasy played kinda shit). At the moment it is hard to see a compelling reason for a nerf. But once code-S T starts using the hellbat, who knows? ^^
|
Terran winrate over Zerg is only 54.8%... Thats not enough to justify any changes. PvT is a little tougher at 42.4% for Toss. I need to check out some games with P getting pwned for myself since my TvP sucks lol
