The GSL fields the best players in the world. People have a lot of valid complaints about moletrap's casting. What's more infuriating is he hasn't shown that much improvement in several months of being away. There are better choices out there, yet GOM keeps inviting someone who is widely criticized.

My point is that paying for something doesn't really entitle you to a say on the future of the product/company behind it. That's what my WoW example was about. If I buy a fucking Happy Meal, that doesn't mean I get to say anything about the way McDonalds makes their food.
