Although you might be confused because MLG is slightly different in that they used to release replays so people could cast the games fresh (like HD or even you and me), but they don't let people repost the actual MLG stream. Then of course there are clips from events MLG, NASL, GSL, ect. They're usually short and try to sneak in under 'fair use' but if they got really anal they could have those taken down. But that's usually bad publicity and letting people ie - make a highlight clip of Fruitdealer winning GSL is pretty harmless (and probably good for GSL in fact). Anyways, no harm done, you meant well. Don't let the people pointing out the problem to you (some lacking tact) get you down.

By the way before anyone else tries to re stream or watch a re stream it would be helpful to type into google: X company copyright. e.g. MLG copyright. I did it and found this (as posted above) MLG TOS. If these businesses don't want you all to "steal" their intellectual property you all should at least respect that. At least you had good intentions

I have always loved watching SC, but have had to give it up while I am here T.T If there was some way to buy these VODs legally from MLG in a physical format, I would be willing to pay a good amount of money. Anyone know anything about this?

This is actually a great example of a reason (albeit small) that the US Senate is persuing legislation against streaming of copyrighted content. MLG payed a licensing fee to Blizzard, and looks to recoup their money, and you make that difficult. Additionally, you decrease revenue by sharing VODs that are pay-to-view also. I would hope that freeloading wouldn't win out over watching MLG lose revenue. I appreciate that you're trying to help the community, and some will be happy, but I think you're doing more harm than good.

Well if possible, I would like to give MLG the money they deserve for their hard work. I guess I could buy an HD pass and then do something along those lines? Would be alot of work for my friend though ><
