I think it's great they're going ahead with the lawsuit - stuff like this is unacceptable. In Korea it's easier to track people like this, but here in the western world you can't. I mean, I'm all for freedom of speech and I don't think the government should be able to track your internet browsing for no reason but I hate how people constantly act the way they do because've the cloak of anonymity the internet provides. I'm tired of the "just ignore the trolls" line - why can't people just have a little civility? Something tells me the people who said the things about Eve would never say it to her face.

Anyways <3 SlayerS_Jessica and SlayerS_Eve keep up the good work trying to expand the horizons of the game.

I understand why you want to protect Eve, as this must be very hard for her.

But... to me it will remain an overreaction. Suing someone for something he wrote on the internet is too much in my opinion, and I will still think that no matter what, because I live in a different culture. The internet will always be full of haters. Let them hate and concentrate on the constructive feedback, even though its not always easy.

The fact that I don't understand it doesnt mean that I don't respect your choices. You do what you think is good for your players and this is great. Even if not everyone here agree with your way of dealing with it, it doesnt mean that we don't like you. You are doing a great job, keep fighting!

I thought it was just jokes and giggles and some criticizing at first. But it seems many people hate?

Hate??? It sound like something that happened in the 1950s where people protest and hate others for no reason. And use water to hose down others and throw rocks. I didn't know those kind of people still existed, even on the internet... Hmmm Justin Beiber. That is all.

These people need to stop because it is indeed harassment.

About this kind of issues in a general sense: I think everyone agrees that the same laws governing conduct applies and should apply on the internet as well as in real life. However in real life people talk to their friends in ways that they would never do if the one they speak of would be able to hear it. On the internet, oftentimes these discussions are had in "public", where the slander is only a google search away.

Personally I feel that the victim should be the first concern here. If you want to be able to spread your photoshopped pictures of celebs and what not, do it in personal communication, not on message boards and open web sites. Because if you do, you should be liable.

good statement, except for the 'bloodless murder' :p

definitely shines a light on the Korean culture that im sure many of us are not aware of. hate it or love it, its how it is.

with that said, bottom line is that she received so much unwarranted hate, and it should stop. is she supposed to say 'no' to an offer from slayers?...
but i hope she realizes that there is also a lot of people who think it is a cool thing for her and slayers.
and hopefully she can have some peace of mind from that and not let this dumb and unfair situation get the best of her
