Page 26 and onwards I will issue at least two day bans to anyone who clearly has not read the original topic post and the explanations contained therein. He was barred access to the event days before the actual event took place and used some random diamond player his account to try and get in anyway.
Leave the racial bias at the door while you are at it as well pretty please. |

I hope he wasn't punished as severely as major was, because all he did was trust major with his account. He even checked to make sure major wasn't signed up, so maybe he didn't see any harm in it. It looks like his intentions were NOT to cheat the system. Gerlan was warned but due to having a good record beforehand wasn't banned afaik.

It should be noted that TT1 used to hack a long time ago and has since matured from it. So his opinions is possibly biased.

Man this guy is such a douche, i remember watching Select's stream one day and he was getting matched up against him, he would non stop abuse select. not in a friendly kind of joke way or anything but full on abuse. I thought the guy looked like a pretty good player from what i'd seen (which wasn't much) but after that just thought what a twit.....
and now...
WHAT A TWIT!!!!!!

Not that big of a deal, it is not surprising major would do something like this. Seeing a pricepool of 500 bucks and no real competition(for him). Tough luck for him that he ended up smashing everyone so hard he got sussed out.

Calling a tournament admin a fag while cheating and lying is just a "minor" convenience, yes. Some of you are really fucking stupid. Also this talk of SC1 days being filled with smurfing and lying is even more stupid. "lol cheating is normal back then so its no biggie to do it now heh rofl" Grow up and understand that he signed a contract with a team and it's now a job, and if caught the person would also be punished as well "back in the BW days." Maybe go call your boss a fag after he catches you cheating and lie in his face? Some of you people have no morals and make esport look like a joke and then wonder why it never took off in the past.

The thing is that none of them came to try and defend major and tell us its not that big of a deal... thats 500 dollars that major tried to hustle out there . Also idra used to cheat is what that post just said then yes I lost some respect for idra. But idra cares less about what I think and what others think.
Edit: this topic is way off from the problem at hand also ..

Major still being the same kid he was in Broodwar it seems.

Yes, JD would not have had much issues stomping the TSL2 lineup just as major did here, though I would consider that a bigger issue as the TSL is a major(har) tournament.

Also still doesn't matter this guy stated rules if ANY pro can't follow the rules they shouldn't participate in the damn tournament. I don't care what level it is the shouldn't. Complete bullshit that Major did this person running this tournament is trying to help a region out and Major is just a greedy prick. Pathetic.

Well, Major is clearly in the wrong here, trying to gain access to a tournament that he wasn't suppose to get access to. However I do not like tournaments which prohibit people from (or outside) a certain region to participate, so I kind of sympathize with him a little bit (not that part where he started to flame though).

TT1 and others:
Two wrongs do not make a right.
"It's not a big deal" just because "other people have done it" is possibly one of the most retarded "arguments" on the internet.

opps didnt know image macros not allowed.
edited it out as soon as my friends told me, sorry admins

How do u sympathize with him? I dont understand.. He told him hey man you cant play in this tourney sorry.. he was very nice about it. Major should have said OK BRO THANKS see ya and the end of it, when there are so many tourneys out there anyways... makes no sense. LOL saying that u sympathize because of region rules lol he can play in any tourney he wants but maybe not just this one?

Yes everyone that commented there is shitting on him. In 4 years if major has changed from what he is now, I'm sure people will put his past behind him (sort of like the situation with yourself).
