Well this is how I did it, little different to OP (those steps didn't work for me).

First, I had to go to "Buy digital game" and change my region to Taiwan.

Then it added this thing that said "Account balance: 0". Click the arrow next to that and click "Recharge account". Then put in your code and it will add 1150 credits to your account. Then click "Buy Digital Game", choose Starcraft 2, and use the 1150 credits to pay for it.

Thats how I had to do it, Bnet wouldn't accept my serial as a game key. Works fine though, been playing on the server.

Also Offgamers gave me my key within 10 mins of ordering as well.

Well i canceled my order after waiting 8 hours for my key and got a refund in 30seconds. Seems they'd rather give money than accounts? I dunno fucked up, gonna try again tomorrow.

EDIT: Got it in 2mins after trying again (can't redeem because EU B/net is down)

And yes I did do the phone and email thing last time so have no idea why it didn't work before.

Where? off offgamers? If you did not verify your email and phone number they wont send you the key until you do so.

Relocalizer worked fine before the patch.

Did you install separate clients or use the relocalizer? How did you install all 3 clients?

ya I got my code in 30 minutes and am currently getting owned. It seems the strats are more diverse here.
