There was standing room only and the crowd was very much into it. The mics didn't seem to pick up a lot of the noise from the crowd. Can't to wait to see it again this year. This time I won't be leaving my seat. :3

Also I'm a little sad for the finalists as well as their team members because their entire teams most likely won't be able to fly en masse to anaheim. (Although runner up already gets a fair amount of cash) Flying 10ish people across the pacific as a team can cost well over 10k. The winner won't get to immediately celebrate with all his closest friends and teammates having team mates there as mental support doesn't really matter. although it would be great if they can fly out the team. it would be funny if GSL brings in the moms and shows everyone since the culture here is diff. also, i think the convention center will be packed even with limited tickets. anaheim convention center: + Show Spoiler + ![]() ![]()

It's very possible that it is just being held nearby, during blizzcon. That would be better, at any rate Theres like nothing else in Anaheim to hold large events other than the convention center.

Maybe it's an event held alongside Blizzcon and not an event taking place at Blizzcon proper. Since it's a little ways off I'm sure there's a lot more information to come but if it's an event held within Blizzcon then it's a sad day for all of those hoping to actually attend since Blizzcon tickets sold out 5 minutes after they went on sale.
